While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more
Company details
Written by the company
Recordwell is a consumer people-search service for the United States. Users search by full name; we search the open web and publicly available US records, match results to one person, separate namesakes, and produce a plain-language report. Two independent details must agree before records are treated as one person, namesakes are kept separate with confidence labeled, and every report shows which checks completed, failed or were not run. Searching is free. The Standard plan costs $9.95 for the first month, then $24.95 a month, and includes three reports a month. Results don't include phone numbers or email addresses. Checking your own name and removing your information are free and stay free. Recordwell is not a consumer reporting agency, and its reports may not be used for employment, tenant, credit or insurance decisions.
