Exceptional service.
My experience from start to finish with Recoretech has been exceptional. I shopped around and didn't expect to be able to get what I needed for the budget I had. I found a great laptop at a brilliant price. It comes with a power cable, which some don't with other companies.
Delivery was swift and arranged with DPD, rather than a cheaper and less reliable courier.
I made an error with my shipping address, I contacted customer service and they were very understanding and helpful. They resolved it immediately.
My laptop arrived well packaged for transit. It was in a branded box inside the packaging. It had been carefully protected with appropriate inserts and was meticulously wrapped and cleaned. You wouldn't know from looking at it that it's reconditioned.
I noticed and appreciated that Recoretech had taken time to carefully arrange the laptop for delivery and this personal touch goes a long way.
I expected the laptop to take a while to boot up and be ready to use. I'm used to knackered NHS ones, so I was pleasantly surprised when it was ready to go at the touch of the power button.
The laptop runs seamlessly. I'm genuinely delighted with my purchase and my experience with Recoretech.
You can tell when interacting with customer service that it is a genuine, tailored response from people who care about their business, not an AI or outsourced call centre.
I feel confident that if I had any issues, Recoretech would do their best to help, and I would happily recommend them and use them again myself.

Great quality laptop and great service. Unfortunately shipping was slightly delayed but when I called in to follow up, Maria was so helpful and called back when promised. Laptop itself is better than I expected.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. Really detailed info before buying, cheap warranty, really fast shipping. I got it 2 days after ordering and it was perfect like new in great packaging and condition

Delivery was okay but it was only one person that brought the package upstairs to 3rd Floor. I think that can be dangerous for the Staff. health and safety should always be taken into consideration.
