A great way to flush out the legs after a long ride, and a really noticeable transformation in how my legs feel before and after using them for 30 minutes.

Company responded to my query straight away, and helped me to make decision on which compression boots. Daughter bought a pair, and we both tried it and loved it so much I bought a second pair. Use it almost every day as I have circulation problems, and daughter for sports recovery - makes huge difference!

The Roll Recovery R1 is an absolute gem among the many percussion tools on the market these days & it's earned it's place on my daily routine.

I absolutely love it. I roll my legs for 5’ on the days that I ran and it keeps my legs fresh! My legs have become totally addicted to it so it is an essential item for me to take on my travels.

Heard about the Firefly Recovery device from its designer - thought it sounded interesting so bought a set.
Very impressed with it. Definitely helps promote recovery post exercise - and I intend to try it on a flight later this week.
