Misleading and deceptive download advertising
I searched specifically for DiskGenius, but Wondershare advertised Recoverit against that search and redirected me to its own download page. I ended up downloading and installing a completely different product that I never intended to use. This felt like a deliberate attempt to capture users searching for another product. I uninstalled Recoverit immediately and will avoid Wondershare products in the future.

wondershare managed to recover videos from my dashcam,which had reverted to sound only. I,m not technically minded ,and found the process difficult to operate, but got there in the end. thanks wondershare. make it a bit easier for us seniors please.

Disgraceful service
My sons SD-card crashed with 100 of photos and videos, an absolutely priceless treasure that i wanted back. I found Recovierit through Google and really thought that this program would be helpful, instead it just added more stress to an already stressful situation. I still don't have the photos and I've also lost $75.
Downloaded the software and scanned my SD-card for 4 hours. To download you needed a subscription and I was willing to pay. I asked their chatbot how to buy premium, and followed the link. Purchased what i thought was premium, however still couldn't download my files and was informed that i needed to upgrade to premium. Followed the link in the pop up in the software itself and in checkout the product was named "Upgrade to premium". Did i get premium? No, instead i now have 2 identical subscription plans. Only chatbot on the website so I emailed their support only to find that it is also operated by chatbot. The chatbot in the e-mail asked me to send a ticket through the software itself, using their feedback-feature. Surprise surprise, it was answered right away via chatbot!
I give up. I've submitted a refund request but I have little to no hope in seeing my money again. To have such a poorly service and customer service is beyond me.
