I goofed up and cleaned my backup…
I goofed up and cleaned my backup external harddrive instead of the USB drive I was trying to clean. Oops. This wonderful software allowed me to restore all of the files I lost. Thank God and Wondershare!!

This software was a lifesaver!
I make content for Instagram, so losing footage from a corrupted SD card and another one I accidentally formatted was brutal. This recovered almost all my files and saved me from re-shooting everything. Definitely saved me a lot of stress. Glad I found Recoverit in time.

BE AWARE OF UNSOLICITED AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
On te 6th of April I paid for via Paypal and downloaded Wondershares Recoverit program.
I was unaware that this was a monthly subscription with automatic renewal until I received a notification of another debit from Paypal on the 6th of May. I immediately logged on to Paypal to question this transaction and canceled the automatic subscription of which I was unaware. Moments later I logged on to the Wondershare account where I also cancelled this automatic subscrption. I made a request via their on-line form for a refund and read that it could take a few days to complete a refund.
Now 8 days later I have read that my refund request been denied and that a representative will be reaching out to me via email – I AM STILL WAITING!!
That my refund request was denied so close to the second debited amount is unacceptable and I feel that I have been lured to pay for something that I did not request.
Now reading other reviews about Wondershare I would also warn prospective buyers to be aware of their tactics and avoid purchasing from this company.

Even though It didn´´t recovery the program completly, ´cause it just found 14 files, I trust on it! All files were 23 Gb but it recover 185 Mb. Thank you.

It works as expected, it recovered my sd card videos. Paid a perpetual subscription, as this is not the first time it happened with my sd cards.
