Jana is truly wonderful

Jana is truly wonderful. You can tell that she worked very hard at gathering this info and putting it into an easy to learn format. She is also very kind and helpful. I was having trouble in the beginning with downloading and making my way through the modules, but she sent me an informative email which got me to where I was supposed to go. I really look forward to the knowledge I’m gonna gain from a person like Jana.

Jana is a truly wonderful person and…

Jana is a truly wonderful person and trauma informed counselor. The trauma informed yoga session with Britanny, a great trauma informed yoga teacher and practitioner, tonight was wonderful and I feel so much more relaxed now and not stressed like I was earlier today. I really enjoyed attending the zoom meeting and I look forward to participate in all the zoom calls ❤️❤️ the membership too, with all its resources is really wonderful ❤️❤️

The content is informative

The content is informative and relatable. Is good for kids to adults. It helps with PTSD as well as CPTSD as well as anxiety disorders. I don’t have knowledge of what else these are just my issues. They have a monthly zoom you can get in on I think it’s once a week. Thank you for everything I am learning to gain tools to heal
