DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Customer service is as dense as a f-cking rock and the items turned up with the lids unscrewed, leaking through the box. After letting customer service know, they sent me a list of very unnecessary questions like “have you taken this product before” and the batch number and expiry date?! Like do they think I held on to the bottle??? It was covered in slime, empty and probably fake?? I told them this 3 times and they continued to ask. It was probably a bot. Even with a clear description and pictures of the issue they won’t refund you…They’ll keep asking you if you’ve “taken” shampoo before. Buy from hairplus or adorebeauty. DO NOT SPEND YOUR $$$$ HERE!!!!!!!!!
