Recruit CRM offers powerful features such as automated sequencing for email, LinkedIn, and SMS follow-ups; a Chrome extension that converts LinkedIn, Xing, or ZoomInfo profiles into structured candidate records with one click; professional candidate submissions with simple yes/no feedback workflows; a visual Kanban board for tracking candidates across hiring stages; built-in calling with automatic logging and recording; and AI candidate sourcing that finds relevant profiles using simple prompts. The platform is further enhanced by six advanced add-ons including Job Multiposting & Advertising for distributing job postings across 5,000+ channels, LinkedIn Messaging Integration for seamless communication with candidates, Workflow Automation for repetitive task management, Advanced Analytics for deep recruitment insights, Data Enrichment for accessing candidate phone numbers and emails, and Recruit Craft, a career page builder that allows agencies to create professional career pages and candidate portals without coding. Recruit CRM also features AI-driven sourcing using NLP, resume parsing, candidate matching, GPT integration, and a Chrome sourcing extension that simplifies talent discovery, while its fully customizable architecture ensures a tailored hiring experience for every user. With enterprise-grade integrations connecting over 1,000 apps, recruiters can automate both simple and complex workflows without technical expertise, and its advanced emailing system supports automated triggers, sequencing, and personalized bulk messaging to enhance communication efficiency. Kudos to the app and the support team

Just really happy how they are bringing Ai into basic sourcing. Just would like if these Ai features don't have a limit and additional purchase option and are included in base plan but really love the app and how they treat the users. kudos to Dhruv, mate is always happy to jump on calls and guide me.

I love the app and the team

I renewed my subscription with them for another year on the annual plan because the support I received from the account manager was excellent. The person helped me set up my entire platform, and I really appreciated how they guided me through all my requirements. One of the features I had requested at the start of my subscription has also been added to the app, and it is called field dependency. I am really happy :)

Brilliant System, Amazing Customer Service

Brilliant system, easy to use, intuitive; does exactly what you need it to and more. The customer service support from the team (especially Divya!) is nothing short of exceptional. Every query receives a quick and useful response, and you always feel fully supported.
No complaints - keep up the good work guys.

Very user-friendly but load time could improve

I find this CRM very user-friendly, especially when it comes to updating candidate stages, it’s quick and intuitive. However, the load time when editing profiles is slower than expected. After generating a cover letter, I often have to reload the page once or twice just to preview it properly. It slows down my workflow and makes things less efficient than they could be. Fixing this would make a big difference.

I love RCRM

I love RCRM, it helps me keep my pipeline organized and consistent. Sometimes it can be a bit slow when loading candidates and their info, that's the only thing I would change about it :)

Excellent platform for recruitment

Recruit CRM has been a great support for our recruiting operations. The platform is easy to use, constantly evolving, and has helped us streamline many of our internal processes. Our customer success representative, Isabella, has been outstanding! She’s incredibly kind, responsive, and always provides clear and knowledgeable guidance whenever we have a question. We've had an excellent overall experience and truly value the partnership.

Disappointed Long-Term Customer – Poor Support Experience

I've been a paying Recruit CRM customer since August 2020. Unfortunately, despite years of loyalty, I've received little indication that long-term users are valued.

My recent experience has been particularly disappointing. A formal complaint regarding serious issues—stemming from mismanaged software updates and poor customer support—has gone unanswered. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to address the impact on my account is unacceptable for a paid service.

Key concerns include:

- Poor handling of customer complaints
- Regressive software updates without sufficient testing or communication
- Operational inefficiencies and inadequate staffing
- Cultural insensitivity in interactions
- A general lack of professionalism in change management

If you're looking for a CRM provider that offers consistent and reliable customer support alongside its product, you may want to explore other options.

Easy to use

Recruit CRM is super easy to use and the support team is always quick to help whenever needed. It might be a bit pricey for some agencies, but honestly, it’s been totally worth it for us!
