I have received a present bought from this company and the image quality is very poor. I asked for it to be returned to find that the company wouldn't do it as the seven days return period had elapsed and even if they would except it, they would only refund 80% of the cost. Please what ever you do don't buy from them.
I order a picture from Amazon local for my daughters Christmas gift, the packaging is great! However I have received two pictures damaged, obviously prior to them being wrapped for delivery.
The delivery was reasonably quick.
I rang up to tell them that the corners of the picture frame were damaged, as I felt I couldn't give someone a damaged gift! The man who dealt with me was very rude and difficult to communicate with.
Because of the pictures being a great quality I ordered another one for myself, again it arrived damaged but very well packaged?
I would recommend people buying images from here but just hope it comes without any dents or marks!
