DO NOT BUY CAR HERE

DO NOT BUY CAR HERE.

The car was purchased in August, and since then it has only been drivable for approximately 2 months. For the remaining time – now over 4.5 months – it has been at the workshop. The vehicle has had multiple serious issues and now requires a full engine replacement.

Throughout this process, responsibility has continuously been shifted between the workshop, the warranty provider, and the dealer. I have repeatedly tried to resolve the matter through emails, phone calls, and in-person visits, without any real progress.

I have proposed a reasonable solution: to terminate the purchase, return the vehicle, and receive a full refund, while I cover the costs of rental car and insurance during this period. This proposal was rejected.

The case has now been escalated and is being handled by my legal counsel and relevant European consumer complaint authorities, and a legal team.

It is my clear impression that the company does not meet its obligations under EU consumer protection law, particularly regarding the requirement to resolve faults within a reasonable timeframe.

Additionally, the company has posted a review about me in my professional capacity, despite having had no prior contact with me in that context. This is highly unprofessional and inappropriate.

I cannot recommend this company
