I have tried telephoning on a number of occasions to complain but only get an answerphone request to leave details; what is going on?
The order was placed on April 30th 2019 & the package has may 1st 2019 on it, very confusing!

Fast, efficient service
Ordered a Melitta Bean to Cup after finding Redber’s price was very competitive.
The machine came with two Melitta double wall coffee glasses, 2 packs of coffee beans and a box of mint chocolates, so was able to set the machine up and try it straight away.
Fast, efficient service with quality products. Will definitely use them again.

Great Service with Fast Delivery !!!!!!
Ordered a Melitta Bean to Cup coffee machine late Wednesday night, arrived Friday morning, was notified of a 1 hour delivery time, great service.
The machine was priced very competitively and much cheaper than Currys, it even came with a couple of double wall coffee glasses, 2 packs of coffee beans and some mint cream biscuits, so was able to set the machine up and try it straight away.
Have checked their website and they have a good selection of coffee beans and accessories for everything coffee, so will definitely use them again.

Think twice before using them, terrible customer service
There was an item missing from the order so I sent a polite email, no reply. Followed it up with another after a week, still no reply so I rang them to confirm the email address was monitored. The person confirmed it was and could see my emails then promised to send the missing item, but still nothing.
I have given up with Redber Coffee and will never use them again.
