I paid for Tretinoin 0.1% since i have been using it for 2 years, but after charging me (including a so-called “consultation fee”), the consultant prescribed 0.025% — a much lower strength — yet at the same price as the 0.1% and said they prescribed this does to help me to avoid side affect. ridiculous
When I requested a refund, explaining that I paid based on the advertised price for 0.1%, they refused and claimed that the prescriber has the discretion to change the strength, regardless of what the customer ordered.

When you go to a place like this online and you wanna order something for your face, nobody in the right mind would want to pay and order something that is going to make them break out before it gets better. I asked for retinol just a little bit more than you would get out of store. That’s what I asked for when I got for when I got was something that makes you break out not just a little bit. We’re talking deep pimples and when you have a OCD complex with that basically I ordered scars from this place ordered scars. Why on earth with a dermatologist Prescribe somebody that wants to look have tighter for her skin with her face something that is going to break them out unbelievable
And this wasn’t because I had sensitive skin it does that with everybody that gets prescribed this that’s what it does and everybody was like oh it’s cleaning out your porch that mean it is working. I don’t care that’s not what I wanted. I’m still dealing with this and it was six months ago, give me a break. I didn’t need this added to my plate and I paid for it.

I requested the medication Amoxicillin or other anti biotic for a worsening condition. They presented those antibiotics and gave me choices of the dosage. I only went there because I could not afford urgent care and made it clear I would need an antibiotic. Because they make you think you are going to get one, is misleading to begin with. I was clear about needing the antibiotic. Then their prescriber came back with over the counter, over priced meds like Flonase and Zyrtec that I can buy anywhere that were not antibiotics. They didn't even ask if I had tried these over the counter products yet, which I already had. Then the refused to credit the $39.00 for the evaluation. It was because they made such a lame and deceitful offer and as long as they do that, they don't offer the refund. Just another way to take your money when you really, really need some help. They suck. Contact TelyRX. They were awesome and helped me right away.

Have used Red Box twice now in a time crunch and both times they came through like champs. Very thorough questionnaire without needing to schedule a video call, and Rx was ready at CVS an hour later. What’s not to love?

First impressions really do matter
The initial process was simple and quick. I also thought it was fairly priced. I received my first prescription in the mail just fine. As I was getting close to the end of the first prescription, I noticed that I would not have enough to last me until my expected delivery date I would’ve had to go three days without it. I also ran into the issue where I was on vacation when the prescription was delivered. That itself is not the fault of anyone but myself. However, when I spoke to your customer support team to let them know that I would be on vacation and ask if there was any way that the prescription could be sent to a pharmacy that day instead, she was rude, and she would not really listen to me. She kept cutting me off, she wasn’t even willing to find an alternative for me. I don’t know why she wasn’t able to escalate to a manager. It seemed like she did not care whatsoever. Fine, whatever, but at least pretend for the sake of your emotionally fragile customers . I’m looking for a similar platform that can give me my prescription on time, and with a little less attitude.
