Ordered this on Friday mid morning it arrived Saturday morning…. It said 1-3 days delivery never did I imagine it would be here so fast great product for father day gift we’ll packed and super fast delivery thank you

Poor quality yet expensive items. Charged £3.95 for postage via Evri for a package weighing 128g! Go elsewhere. Don’t waste your hard earned cash on this company.

Terrible service, 12 days later and still no order received. I have emailed them 3 separate occasions with no reply, finally get through on live chat and Asked them to refund as item no longer needed as date passed, but told need to wait a few more days and nothing they can do, item not delivered and still not refunded, avoid!!!!

Due to my own fault, I somehow put two orders in for 1 product and received both of them.

Contacted customer service to discuss this issue as soon as I made a mistake and had been speaking to James who has been fantastic all through the problem. Reading the other reviews I guess customer service wasn't as fast as other businesses but they probably are small team and have to handle different queries. I usually got a response within a day, and was happy with the customer service provided.

I managed to safely return my product and get the refund that I needed as well. Everything was easy.

The product itself was exactly what I wanted and very good quality.

I was looking for a website like this that does fun gifts and had good reviews. All the other websites I have seen haven't got the best reviews. I would order from here again.

Superb service. We ordered quirky magnetic key holders. The Evri courier 'delivered' the package to a patch of gravel outside our business building on a Saturday evening. It was not there an hour later, presumably stolen. I contacted Red Candy and their customer service agent James Blewett was superb - not only sending a witty reply (the courier "should have gone to specsavers!") but immediately sent another package via a more reliable courier

Brilliant product, love the items on the website however I purchased a elephant footstool for my sons room and it was delivered promptly but the product itself was defected and had turned into a tinted green instead of grey. Emailed 3 days ago for a replacement and have not had a response back yet… getting worried.

July update: they provided a replacement, customer service was still a bit slower then I would have liked but given how good the product is I’d easily let that slide.

Will purchase again from them in the future.

I ordered a footstool in January which wasn’t in stock at that time. I received it a couple of weeks ago and it was duly sent out. I was shocked to find out it had went on sale with £40 taken off so I emailed Red Candy as wasn’t happy with the situation. They sent me a lovely email back and said I could have a full refund or the difference in price if I want to keep it.
I have since been sent the money due. Well done Red Candy! I will shop there again! 😃

Ordered clock from Furnish where items listed via Redcandy. Informed listing was an error and unknown eta from supplier! Now waiting for refund. Absolute waste of time.

I purchased a friend's wedding present for here, and had to email to ask where my goods were, my responses came back very prompt and I couldn't be happier with red candy's customer service, I will be shopping here again and recommending them to friends and family

First time using Redcandy (found on Instagram) checked reviews here first to Makesure legit before ordering. Ordered a sale item (Flamingo storage box) on Monday, two days later it’s here! Really well packaged and super fast shipping. Communication was great and was sent tracking.

The only downside is they used Hermes (which always seem to be damaged when they deliver). The box did have some battering on the outside, but the product had lots of polystyrene surrounding so was absolutely fine.

Will definitely order from again, super happy.

I was sceptical at first having not heard of Red Candy before but the item now arrived and it’s better than I expected. I bought the pipe person sitting lamp. It’s heavy and a good size. Just put in the bulb (supplied) and plug in. Great price too. Only downside is one of the legs is so tight it doesn’t sit flush with the desk but it’s not a big issue. My HomePod mini sits comfortably in the middle too.

Love red Candy…. But I have to say I was a little disappointed in my last purchase which was ‘ hot guys planters ‘ which I purchased as a gift. They are so tiny i don’t think you would see them in a plant. Ok for maybe a small cactus plant… but hey ho still a fun item. Ps thank you for the packet of love hearts you placed in the package.

Efficient service, competitively priced especially if you take advantage of discount codes online. Offering unusual fashionable items to bring an aesthetic appearance to what would have been a commercial look in a domestic setting. Love the black loo roll but to improve air quality let the perfume evaporate in a safe place before putting it in its dispenser to be used.

My wife found this site browsing on the Internet for a coat rack hanger and was surprised by the amount of novelty but functional items . She picked and delivery was super fast caot rack looks great and thank-you for the pack of love hearts very thoughtful and nice.

I had a problem with my Benton the bull footstool. I wrote a review indicating I was not 100% happy. I did not request a reply but this team very swiftly and successfully resolved my problem and I am now a satisfied customer. I would recommend them for exemplary customer service and unusual items for sale.
