Simply awful.

Simply awful.
They acquire smaller companies but I'm not sure why as they then completely disregard the clientele acquired. If you are a small player, steer well clear of them: no communication, no support, no service. Their technical team is competent and friendly, their admin/sales staff is obnoxious and simply won't even answer if you have any query on billing/contract etc. I haven't been able to talk to them in months.

Zero Communication, and they let my domain expire.

I was a client of 4D Hosting for 15 years. In 2022 they got taken over by Redcentric.
Redcentric sent me a domain renewal email with a link to a third party site, MediumCube.com, where there was no way to renew my domain.
The 4D Hosting information is still available - I was able to log in there, request renewal and raise an invoice, but it would not accept payments.
I sent a number of emails to Redcentricplc and received no response.
My domain then just expired with no subsequent warnings or opportunities to renew it.

Total incompetence

A completely disorganised company. We were customers for many years but decided to leave after they suddenly put prices up by nearly 20% without any explanation or warning. We gave them multiple chances to provide a competitive offer, but given a lack of response, the string of agents who don't seem to know what is going on, and an online portal that doesn't work, we terminated the contract, within required period. They are still trying to bill us months after their services have stopped and contract has ended.

Avoid at all costs. Poor customer service and communication is even worse. Truly shocked how they treat their customers
