Excellent service from Reddbox and at a very decent price. The boiler engineer was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was contacted before the engineer arrived to let me know he will be coming and once again after the servicing was done to check everything was in order.

1)he attended service by schedule time
2) he nicely monitored all the electrical equipment and current working condition
