If you don’t know, you won’t know & they won’t tell you

I worked for FMG for 2 weeks, within that time I experienced issues with the company’s practise’s and ethics. Their equipment was faulty and outdated, as was their software which looked compatible with a windows 95 operating system, Chairs with broken lumbar support. There was alot of broken & damaged equipment. Their training was very slow and remedial, this benefited no-one but the trainer as he could take his sweet time and then complain later about how he’s only one man. The trainer then orchestrated false allegations that I’d caused damage to a keyboard (being an accident management company, you’d think they’d be capable of take pictures) I even brought in my own surface pro laptop to avoid using their equipment. I was told “we have to work with what we have, & maybe you should go back to your old company” then stated headsets & other equipment is on back order. I demanded evidence via email, I’m 100% certain they unable to provide as it’s completely fabricated. I also experienced Bigotry & Islamaphobic remarks like “he left an unattended package in there” I’m sicken by how they think. They also attempted to get me to poach employees from my previous workplace. Then published a sad attempted at character defamation, in an attempt to hide their short comings. Middle management’s obvious & don’t care. Time management is a joke as people do what they want in there clearly, an IT tech came in to sort out an issue, spent 40 mins having a chat to then state “she didn’t use caps when logging in.” Where’s the control? They lied because they don’t want to implement change. It’s easier to maintain the status quo, push blame & do what they want.
