Location in Summerville, SC, OMG Soooooooooooooo slow. No eye contact, we were avoided and ignored by the entire crew. Other patrons were commiserating about the delay and apathy of the staff. Nothing but leaning and cross talk going on behind the counter and in the over staffed kitchen. My legs got tired form standing around. Filled and drank two sodas while we waited.

I go to Burger King off of 200 Judge Perez Chalmette l.a. 70043 because it is close to my home, only two blocks away. Every time I have been I have had an issue EVERYTIME. I'm told consistently that the shake machine is down an the icee machine is down, which I try every time hoping one day that will change. while today I watched an employee walk out with a shake in her hand, while I was on the other side of the building where they told me to pull up an wait for my food, which this was right after they told me the machine for shakes was down mind you. They tell me to pull to the other side every time I go through the drive thru. The problem today is I pulled up to the speaker an we sat there for about 3 mins with no greeting. We finally honked the horn an no one responded, so we drove up to find the manager sitting at the window changing out the drawer with a headset on, he didn't apologize just asked what we needed an then told us to drive around after he took the money without giving us back a receipt. I never complain because I am in the food industry an I try an give places chances, but in this case if I owned this establishment I would hope someone would notify me of the problems going on in my place of business. I myself an others I know have had the same issues an I have been going to your establishment for over a year now. I have only had one good experience an I have been multiple times hoping someone would complain an something would change or go under new management because it is obvious the management does not care about the quality of service that the other fast food restaurants do that are out here in Chalmette L.A. I hope this helps an changes the burger king for the better.

The burger king in Mableton Ga has excellent customer service and I am impressed with the food. Compared to a few months ago and with the new faces and smile's I really enjoy my visits alone or with all my friends and family there.

Always enjoy BK. Their whopper is great!

Burger King has great offer of burgers, tasty sauces and amazing fries. Burgers are not big, but I'm always stuffed!

i love the way Burger King has upgraded the size portions on meals. Everything is bigger, the fries and drinks. A little more bacon on the sandwiches would great.

as above really, Im off to harvester instead for much better value.

Some of the franchises for BK have been a joke in terms of cleanliness and staff ability to even talk!

I usually go to Burger King at night when all other take-away places are closed. Unfortunately they invariable have a large line of people waiting, so it takes a while to get the food. The quality of the food is mediocre at best, but very consistent, and excellent if you have a hang-over.
