Sadly my experience with Redfields English Leadwork isnt a favourable one. I had repeated issued with the website and Paul did not seem to want to help me rectify in order to order. When I found a work around, I was then sent a sign not the order spec I had requested. I finally got the sign I ordered but you can just tell there is no appreciation for the customer and the 'service' is mediocre at best, not completed with warm intentions or genuine compassion. I felt like a nuisance for wanting to get the sign right and checking on options. I won't be recommending or returning as a customer.

I'd just like to say a big thank you to Paul and his team, for the relaxed visit we had at the cafe yesterday. When we brought some of our residents from Orchard Manor Care Home.
Everything was set up for us when we arrived, the food was great, as always, all in all a very smooth visit.
Thank you, we will be back.

You can judge the quality of a company by the manner in which it deals with a problem.
In this instance there was a small but significant typographical error in a lead plaque. Redfields were very prompt in sending a corrected version with which I am really pleased. Thank you Paul.

Staff really couldn’t care less.
Pay minimum wage, high turnover of staff, little training is retained.
High prices for a poor experience.

Having been to the restaurant before we chose to go back as we were happy with our meals. We wished we hadn’t. The cups and glasses were dirty, we took them back only to be given more dirty cups. The excuse given was that the dishwasher wasn’t working properly!
We ordered 2 fish and chips and a couple of side orders. We were told that they had run out of chips and only had sweet potato fries which we agreed to have. The fish had more batter than fish and there were only about 8 fries which were lukewarm.
Overall, very disappointing.

Living in Atlanta GA USA We ordered well over a year ago and after 6 emails and no support from this company except for them to take our money was the only thing they did for us. Do not buy from these people you will never get your order.

We ordered 4 large lead planters to go around our house for climbing plants, and are thrilled with the result. They look great, and we’re pleased we went for the real lead rather than finding faux leaf elsewhere. The guys who delivered them also went above and beyond helping us put them in place - I hadn’t realised how heavy lead is, so wouldn’t have managed it without their help.
