I use it for many products, including AI tools, business, and personal projects. Stable and fast. Some patience is needed when dealing with support, but overall, everything is fine. Pricing is almost always better than that of competitors (and you can always ask directly for additional discounts).

They banned my dedi for no reason they said I have to top up 50 euro I did it and my account got remove

at first was good and delivered promising speeds, few months later it went to shit, performance tanked badly even advertised 2.5gbps was topped at 300mbps download, 30mbps upload, service is heavily oversold, avoid at any cost now!

I been their customer for years, from even when they their old name was "Datahost". I can only say good things about them, the prices and the quality is very good compared to the other providers that I tested. The support and the staff are always helpful, while I had only a few problems but the support response time is quite quick. If someone asked me to recommend them a hosting/vps or dedicated servers provider, I would recommend Redfox Cloud

It's amazing to see such great professionals like Redfox Cloud growing in Lithuania! My experience with their team was simply extraordinary. I encountered problems with the website, but the speed of their response and the efficiency of their solutions left me impressively surprised. The problem was solved almost instantly, and everything was neatly organized. I am very grateful for such a professional approach and excellent service!

Everything seems to be working fine, support is helpful and active, would recommend for others. They innovate fast, make frequent hardware upgrades so current stability ant speed of servers are fantastic.

Avoid Trash Support
As The Title Says Support Is Horrid. No One Answers EVER. Trying To Get A Refund No Response Either.

Got a 5950X with them which was supposed to come with a NVMe SSD.

From day one I complained that the NVMe wasn't working properly and provided them with tests that were showing the drive was running below the SPEC, only getting around 500Mbps while it should do 3Gbps at least. Today I tested it again and it's doing less than 300Mbps.

I asked for a new drive, for any new drive, for them to just put it in the correct slot (PCIe 4.0) since they put it on the M2 slot PCIe 3.0 but no, they just don't want to help. They stopped replying any email.

I'm facing IOWait of up to 27% on the box because of this. It's just unusable!

DOZENS of emails to support and everything seems to depend on Arnas, the "COO". Who REFUSED to help and said he will do nothing about it.

I asked for my money back, I even agreed to receive a partial refund, no deal. They just want to keep my money and provide me with this horrible customer services.

I guess this review will make people think twice before wasting their money with this provider.

I'm happy to change this review if something is done in the next 24 hours to fix all this mess, I hope a real manager or the "CEO" sees this.

Very good and convenient to use this HOSTING; very good staff; convenient payment methods.
