The choice of such helpful equipment. Very friendly and efficient staff who communicate well and are understanding of my health issues. The items I have purchased so far I am very happy with and I would therefore recommend that Redlands are used for those who have disability problems.

Jane has been a breathe of fresh air, knowledgeable, helpful and a real life person at the end of a phone - not an automated ordering service!!
Until this pandemic we had used more well known companies to purchase any PPE we required, which wasn't much, but as things progressed we needed more and more in school and were unable to source from the bigger companies, due to purchasing restrictions.
We were recommended Redlands by another school and low and behold we stumbled across gold.
Jane has helped us with all our questions, pointing us in the directions of the products we would require and then supplying what we needed.
She was always able to supply us with product, even if it wasn't our full order, and the balance would always follow very quickly. This enabled us to continue in school but it also allowed Redlands to be able to facilitate all their customers, which at this very difficult time was very much needed.
Their service and aftercare is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend anyone to use this company. If there is something specific you are looking for and can't find on the website, it's worth giving Redlands a call, there's every chance they'll be able to source it for you!!
I really couldn't see that you would be in any better hands elsewhere.

Gareth has has helped and supported us throughout this difficult time with Covid, the company and the office staff have also gone out of their way to make sure we had the stock we needed. I would recommend Redland Healthcare for their service, stock levels and staff.

We changed over to Redland at the beginning of the year from our existing supplier. Dealing with James has been a very pleasant experience,he is knowledgeable about the products and he has been very helpful, he is always at the end of the phone to answer any questions.
Its nice to have 1 person to deal with rather than lots of different representatives, although saying that, every member of staff that i have spoken to have been very helpful.
Ordering from the website is also very straightforward.
