I ordered a product and could not get specific wave length infromation from them so I did not open the product and requested a return. That was a week ago - they said they would review and get back with me. I contacted them again. Now they want a picture of an unopend box in order to start a return. If I am having this much trouble returning and unopened box how would anyone ever be able to return a used product they were unhappy with.

I originally gave this company a 5 star review because of their customer service . The product was expensive $700 ! I have only had it for 10 months and now the red lights are burnt out . Very disappointing . I have tried to contact the company twice with no response at all . My advice is don't buy this product

I’m the kind of person who loves to do thorough research before buying anything. Honestly, if we’re spending so much time on red light therapy, then the product better work! I have a therapy bed at home, and doing therapy sessions has become a routine for me. But I travel a lot, almost every month. so I was looking for a portable option I could use while traveling. That’s when I found this therapy bag.

I’m super happy bc this bag works just as well as my bed. I have a ProSun bed at home, but I find myself using this bag instead because it’s so much more convenient. I can even play on my phone while using the red light bag, whereas I can’t open my eyes when I’m on the bed. Since I’ve been doing this therapy for years, I often use the bag for more than 60 minutes, sometimes even 90. For me, more is better!

I'm even considering selling my bed to free up space bc this bag is a true game changer. 10 out of 10 for this company doing such a great job.

So far I've used this for two weeks and I can feel a change. Firmer skin, softer unless wrinkles of my neck, body and face. Reduced body in he's, no weight drop but I feel my body removing water by drinking more water and using bathroom (sorry if TMI). Less body aches and better sleep by regulating my circadian rhythm. I'm hoping to see increased effects as I continue. I started with 5 treatments in the first week then 4 in the last week. Full strength, P5, u40 at 20 minutes per session.
I've even gotten my husband to use it to help his body aches and deep forehead wrinkles. He needs to use it more often but we'll see. I'm hoping I don't run into any problems with product breakdown or malfunctioning as I use it frequently. I really love this so far.
