I would also like to apologise that you weren't contacted in a timely manner to be advised of the shipping delays.
To be honest with you, shipping has turned into a bit of a nightmare in the last 6 to 12 months.
There's been a bunch of new procedures and I think everyone is experiencing significant delays.
That's still no excuse for us not contacting you in a timely manner.

I ordered my 3.0 half stack and it arrived the next day. Very impressive as it was on a pre order.
I have been using the RL everyday since I got it in the morning and early evening and have to say that it has helped me massively with my mood and skin in just 5 days of using it. I also had a terrible stye in my eye that came up the day I got it and it healed within 2 days rather than the usual 7-10 days when I get it. I am sure the RL was the reason. I wish I had bought this sooner to help with my menopause mood which has been a rollercoaster ride. But better late than never.
I love this product and Bryan has been such a great help answering all my questions. Great customer service and support.

My first appliance of the device was my foot still suffering from a strain after missing a step some weeks ago. I couldn't believe: one application and it was gone.
Further I suffer from a constitutional bad blood circulation. Using RedLight/NIR on several parts of the body like under feet, on belly wherever (stimulating digestion), on throat for stimulating the thyroid gland (hypothyroidis), on thymus gland stimulating the lymphatic system, it all works and improves my overall feeling immense. Last but not least using RedLight/NIR in the morning for my eyes it helps to get energy quicker to start the day, plus eyesight gets clearer.
Conclusion: I am very happy to have found this device.

I'm sorry to see you you've had a terrible experience with us.
I know it's too late now but I would like to explain what has gone wrong.
After reviewing our emails, I can see that you were contacted immediately to be advised that your order was going to be late.
You missed the first email, so we emailed you again to make sure that you had received the information.
A mistake that was made on our side, was that we thought your order was going to come from our UK stock.
But in fact it had to be drop shipped from our factory overseas, because we had run out in the UK.
This is why you order attracted an import cost.
We did not tell you about this import cost because we thought you were getting a UK order.
When we know someone is going to receive an imported item, we send them an email to advise them that they will see the notification about import and to immediately send that notification to us so we can pay it 100%, upfront in full.
We never refuse to pay import costs for our clients and we never have to be persuaded to pay!
As soon as you made us aware of the import cost, we confirmed that we would pay it for you.
And no point did we try and play funny games and avoid paying your cost.
There was a simple miscommunication which led you to feeling misled and disappointed.
Your refund will be paid in full today, as soon as you send us your details via email.
Sorry we let you down.
