Excellent customer service
I had put an order in at Redline360 and one of the products that I wanted was out of stock and James from Redline 360 quickly reached out to me to let me know about it. He let me know that I could either wait till the product was back in stock cancel my order or I could pick from a few different options he chose for me. I ended up picking one of the options he sent me. The overall experience was very pleasant. James was very professional and very fast at responding so I would recommend Redline360 to anyone with confidence. Thanks again James, hope to do more business in the near future!

You guys are trash
You guys are trash. Sold me a cat back exhaust system that was rubbing … the piping is too short . Needed about another inch and a half to clear the rear control arm . Contacted their support was lead on a goose chase for about 4 weeks got absolutely nowhere with them, had to modify the exhaust that is a “bolt on” you guys suck. Honestly, trash.

The team is very informative, knows exactly the answers to my questions. At the time I did not about certain car parts were illegal at the time for California due to restrictions of smog checking. Which needs to be certified card legal. Redline360 is a very trust worthy car part dealer.

I ordered an item
I ordered an item. Takes two days to process. I asked in three emails the same day I ordered for that to be canceled. The item shipped anyways. I had to wait for the item to be delivered to start the refund process. Now because of the “rules” they can’t refund me the full amount they have a 20% restock fee. I don’t know why it took two days for them to cancel my order. Unless that’s what they do to get a chunk of your money and blame it on the rules that they can’t change. So I’m out $140 because no one there checks emails and cancels an order. Scam will not recommend.

Defective Product but Great experience!!
Bought a pair of headlights, shopping experience was great and it arrived pretty quickly to my door. Turns out they were defective which isn’t their fault. Wanted to see what I can do in terms of that since Spec D QC didn’t do a great job. Cherry from customer service was there helping me trying to see what solution we can come to. Cherry stood on top of it and kept me updated and didn’t leave me in the dark. All in all despite Spec Ds mess up. I had a great experience with redline360
