I ended up having wait a few hours, but Lisa explained the situation and more than made up for the delay by helping me through the process and giving me some extra items. I will definitely be back to purchase more items!

They were great in every way on helping us upload the items. I'm not very computer savvy and not familiar with the Nintendo Switch and how it works but Lisa was extra patient with me and we were successful getting everything taken care of. The prices are fair and my 10 year old son is extremely happy with the results! Couldn't be happier

They had a situation where they were down for an hour or longer but when a response was given they explained everything and gave me my items plus an additional amount of items for the troubles. This team is very appreciative and helpful.

Simply no service. Am a regular customer, but the last 2 times, it took more than half an hour to complete the transaction. Today, again, it took more than half an hour, and worse, I didn't get the items I paid for, and it was a COMPLETE SILENCE on their part. I don't know what to think. Lack of personnal? Crisis in their mist? Complete internet breakdown? I hope to have some news tomorrow.

I was very skeptical about using this company due to all of the scams on the internet this day in time. I’m happy to say that my experience was great! To recieve her as my customer service rep for the order was very pleasant answered all my questions and treated me with utmost respect 10/5 she taught me to toddler walk and babied me through all the steps. Super easy! Definitely worth it. In my opinion everything was exewely fairly priced if not underpriced. As someone who loves the game but doesn’t have the time to go hunt for koroks or grind for hours to charge my battery this was perfect. Customer service was incredible and the team that was helping with my order was super friendly. I’ll definitely order again! :)
