Really good experience, needed a structural report and was told during that I didn’t need to pay for the full report as it wasn’t subsidence. I thought this was very honest and greatly appreciated this and only paid for the site visit. I thought this was very honourable and would use your company again without question.

I contacted Martin Redstone Associates for a Victorian bay underpinning design. They were highly responsive, discussed the issue in detail and communication throughout has been excellent. Overall recommended.

I contacted Steve for a potential structural survey having read reviews about his company online. Steve was genuine, helpful and keen to avoid taking my money if it wasn't absolutely necessary. This meant that Steve ended up guiding me towards his insurance broker as opposed to making any money himself as he didn't feel the structural survey was required.
