Failure to fulfil contractual obligations and unprofessional handling of customer dissatisfaction
I entered into an agreement with Redwhite Ca / Wizio, expecting professional service based on the promises made. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The agreement clearly outlined that my website would be built using a provided template, yet they opted to code it instead, without any permission or given information. This was a significant deviation from our contract.
Moreover, when I raised my concerns, the company responded in an unprofessional and harsh manner, ultimately suspending my website on, although the 75% of the project was paid. This abrupt suspension has caused considerable financial losses and personal stress, severely impacting my business operations.
Given my experience, I cannot recommend Onur Guvenc and Ozan Kulaksiz from Redwhite Ca / Wizio. Their failure to fulfil contractual obligations and their unprofessional handling of customer dissatisfaction are unacceptable.
