Genuine professional approach and support, thank you!

100% recommended! Solicitor Ayelen White represented me with absolutely professionalism, always being clear and available, I have to mention Will Forber‑Heyward, who represented me as well always being in touch and supportive with any queries. You're an A1 professional team. I'm so grateful for your support and understanding.

If you cannot pay privately they push you aside, it seems they are money driven not interested in helping poor people.

I contacted reeds solicitors back in September asking for their assistance on a delicate matter and from the off I stated that I needed assistance through Legal Aid as I could not afford to pay privately. I had a few communications with them, they asked if I had applied for legal aid and I told them no and I waited to hear back from them but heared nothing back. Then 2 April I was told I needed to contact my solicitor as my case was going to court, I again contacted reeds and updated them of my situation after a few emails I spoke to someone on the phone and gave them more information. They told me they would speak to their bosses and let me know if I had to pay privately, I said I had little savings as a deposit until we could go through Legal Aid. Then Friday 5th April I was told that reeds were too busy and that if I wanted to retain their services i would have to pay privately about £1500 pounds then if I maintained my innocence and proceeded further it could cost £15,000-£30,000.

Gave incorrect legal advice

Misadvised me multiple times, even quoted me a price for representation then told me it was different… in the end they stuck to the original price they’d told me due to their own error… dragged out my case and even switched my solicitor 1 week before .. overcharged me from their original quotation after weeks of going back and forth. Finally after representation, the new solicitor gave me incorrect advice twice with a catastrophic outcome for me and simply sent me a blazé apology email, to which I responded and they never responded back. Waste of time and money, forever chasing them and completely unprofessional
