Bug at the time of payment, paid twice. No refund

Upon booking the payment did not go through. I tried again, same result. Checked my mailbox, no tickets. I then went back to the home page and booked again. This time the payment went through. Only, the next day I discovered that I had been charged twice for my ticket. Checked my mailbox and found two tickets in the spam. Contacting Reelax they took no responsibility for the double payment related to a bug on their site.

This was written after their initial answer where they informed me that they would not be able to give me a refund because they had already paid the seller. However a few days later I received a new email where they told me they would give me a refund after all. Which was very correct on their part. And very much appreciated. Trust is back!

Automatic Payment Option Not Cancelled

I cancelled automatic payment option months ago only to receive an email saying I had purchased a ticket. When I went into my account it showed auto pay still active. I cancelled again and an error message showed up. There is obviously a fault with cancelling automatic payment option but how convenient for Reelax Tickets as they make money from unwanted tickets being resold.
