Unjustified forfeiture of winnings (€398.14) - Delay tactics

I deposited €22 and fairly won €420.14 playing slots. The casino delayed my withdrawal for days via the KYC process, claiming clear photos were 'blurry' over and over again. Now, they canceled my withdrawal and confiscated €398.14 of my balance. They standardly quoted the blanket Clause 5.9.5 (i to iv) without specifying any concrete violation or providing any evidence. I did not use a VPN, did not use software, and did not forge documents. This is a scam tactic to avoid paying out legitimate players. I have proof of all transactions and will take this to Casino Guru.
