Well to say from dropping my Mazda CX5 off to collecting it was the best experience ever would be an understatement.
From a wonderful greeting from Chloe in reception to being reintroduced to my now incredibly shiny car by Lee and Pete was just fab.
You don’t need to have a Ferrari to qualify for exceptional service it’s clearly just a standard these guys maintain and also to meet my vehicle detailer (embarrassingly I cannot recall her name) who went to great lengths to ensure I knew to maintain the finish on my paintwork and interior was the icing on the cake.
Thanks so much to all of you for making me feel I was the most important customer you have ever had.
