I was charged 105 DKK twice for a single purchase. My bank confirmed the duplicate charge and told me it’s Reffen’s fault, yet I have received no resolution or response. Extremely frustrating — I cannot trust a service that cannot handle basic payments correctly
Took a Belgian Waffle with Nutella, ice cream and strawberries. Paid DKK 75 (about EUR 10) and the waffle crumbled when I cut it. Went back to them and asked if they were freshly made and they told me that they were made in the morning and was only heated when sold! You buy this food for EUR 10 and it's not even fresh. The seller only said sorry and that was it. I would not recommend this food store!
