I ordered 6-month supply of semaglutide. The order only contained alcohol wipes and syringes. They refused to refund the $838. Now, they no longer are replying. Buyer beware!

Terrible customer support! I needed to talk to a medical professional about my order because it had been delayed. Never got a response so I decided to text customer support to try and address the issue and get help. Guess what? No response I contacted them through all possible methods (phone, email and portal) I called them over 9 times and was hung up on due to all the agents being “busy”. I emailed them they sent a response saying they would put me in contact with someone that could help with canceling my order because at this point I didn’t want to deal with the company seeing how hard it is to talk to someone and they never responded again. I had to email them from a different email to receive a response and it was the same generic response I initially got the first time I email them. So long story short no update on my order and I can’t get in contact with anyone so I’ll have to go through my bank to file a dispute! Don’t order from this company extremely unprofessional!!!

My credit card was charged April 2. By April 6, my order was still sitting at step 1 of the process, meaning it had not been approved by a doctor, sent to a pharmacy, let alone shipped. My next dose is due April 10. They use ground shipping. No way for it to get to me on time.
Support initially ignored me.
I requested again via a different channel and got back something telling me they're very busy and overwhelmed with customers. (So then stop taking on more people until you can handle what you have? Or maybe hire more people?)
Got a reply from someone else saying they'd look into it. 12 hours later got a survey for that person as if they'd resolved the issue.
Emailed again and was told they can't make any guarantees of it arriving on time.
When someone is on a medication, they should never be in a position of not having the next dose available.
I feel very let down by them and would recommend going somewhere else.

I have been on Zepbound for months until my insurance switched this year. My insurance would not cover it anymore. I turned to Refills.com because it was much cheaper than getting it out of pocket at Walgreens. My first shot from refills made me so violently sick, heart raced, feels like my brain is bleeding with this headache I have. If this was my first time taking this I would say maybe this is normal but I have been on this medication for a while now and I actually was at a higher dose so being this sick it absolutely not normal. I messaged customer support so we will see what they say. I’m concerned I just paid $600 for something else. I will update my review if something changes.

I have tried three(3) other sources to begin my Weight Loss Journey using my choice of Trizepatide. And, boy do I WISH I STARTED OUT WITH REFILLS.COM! I would give them 0 stars. Quite literally, the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have gone back and forth with them-several times a day, every day-since March 24th. I give up.
Both the "medical team" and the "support staff" are AI. I believe this because of my nearly 50 messages, I have received same/similar responses...over and over and over. Most don't even respond to the question/problem and ask for the same information or photos that was already provided. I have called the customer service phone number and left messages, but nothing.
I even spoke to the pharmacist at the pharmacy I selected, and she said they are always sending over vague instructions and prescriptions that are hard to figure out. Whether or not we can figure this out on our own, this should be illegal, as we are dealing with an injectable medication!
I ended up giving up and asking for a chargeback from my CC company, as I cannot get connected to a human. I wish I would have known about all of this before. I have cancelled but there is no way to remove my CC. I hope they get shut down promptly. Shame on them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible, the chat feature is ineffective, the call feature yields nothing. The website is confusing and hard to find anything. You can't cancel, you can't stop payment and you can't get anyone to respond to you. The doctor doesn't respond to questions and does not feel very safe when you are possibly taking a medication that isn't FDA approved. I tried to cancel within 3 hours and could not get anyone to respond. Then 24 hours later I cant cancel because it was already sent to a pharmacy, yet it says it's on hold. If they would have responded when I first requested it wouldn't have been sent to a pharmacy. There is no time between the doctor prescribing a drug that they haven't discussed with you to them pulling payment. I would have liked to have talked to someone to make sure it was the correct fit before being charged. I do NOT recommend this site at all.

Since joining, I’ve had a consistently great experience. There was one instance where a winter storm caused a shipping delay, but that was completely out of the company’s control. What really stood out was how communicative they were throughout the process; they kept me updated whenever possible, even if it was just to acknowledge the delay and apologize.
Their customer service is exceptional. I feel seen, heard, and valued as a customer. The medication has been excellent as well. Even when there have been delays, everything has arrived in perfect condition, and I’ve never had any issues with my treatment.
Refills has been smooth and reliable, and the pharmacy they work with has also been great. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

I placed an order and never received a confirmation or receipt. I canceled the very next day and was told I’d receive a refund—but it’s now been 10 days with no refund, no follow-up, and no response.
I couldn’t access their portal because I never received the login code or emails (not even in spam). A customer service rep assured me I’d be refunded, but nothing has happened. I even filed a dispute with my credit card company, then was told that would prevent a refund—so I canceled the dispute.
To make matters worse, I received the medication and was told by the company to throw it away—which I did. I’m now out $429 with nothing to show for it.
No receipt. No communication. No access to their system. No refund.
The product also came with no instructions, and the dosage seemed unusually high for a beginner. After doing some research on the pharmacy they use, I found a lot of concerning information.
At this point, I feel completely ignored. Buyer beware.

I’ve dealt with this company for months. It hasn’t been a walk in the park. I’ve only received 2 vials of medicine. I had a late start because instructions weren’t clear, I wrote support and no one ever got back to me I mean this was months ago. I called, left messages. Never spoke to anyone. I finally called the pharmacy for help. Fast forward to this last renew for my medication. My card was frozen, they tried to pull $150 twice. I unfroze the card and processed the payment. They said it failed. It was pending at the bank so I gave it some days because someone from support texted me and I asked, he said it would fall off, they had nothing they could refund. LIES. I disputed it, my dispute was denied with the card company saying the company DID provide services. This is false. I’ve called, can’t reach anyone. It’s been over 48 hours since I chatted someone online, no response. I mean it’s just awful service. I worked a whole day of work to throw money in the garbage because this company isn’t trustworthy. I have screenshots of each support I was able to actually reach, all saying it should fall off even though I’ve explained IT POSTED. It’s NOT pending. I work at the bank, I’m versed in bank terms. This is a hard posted charge. And now, the dispute is denied. I have all images of anyone would like to see screenshots of the madness.

I did contact the person lalaine that responded. She said she’d look into it right away. More than 14 days passed, I followed up which was 4/20/26, got a response from her that she’d look into it immediately and get a response from the team. Tomorrow makes another 14 days with not a single bit of follow up, no meds, and no money back. At this point if they do send the meds, I’ll have to titrate up again. Do yourself a favorite and don’t use this company.

My experience with Refills.com has been exceptional. I am informed every step from my order from being processed to arriving at my door. Customer service has been great and I ask a lot of questions. Due to my travel schedule it is important to be able adjust my shipments as needed. I have tried other companies but Refills.com is definitely the best. There are no hidden costs or fees. No membership requirements.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Do not use this company. Use Noom or any other reputable place. They charged my card without approval. They make you put your card down to see what prescription you can get and then just charge you when they make one. I canceled twenty minutes after my card was charged and they would not refund me as they had "already sent it to the pharmacy". You did not do that in 20 minutes. I have screenshots to prove how poor they are. They also say they respond within a minute, but it took them multiple hours. I called four times and left voicemails, but they never got back to me. DO NOT USE THEM! I will be posting this review everywhere to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.
