After been let down by another pharmacy…
After been let down by another pharmacy I was left short of botox for my clients booked in from 4pm, I remembered refine do a click and collect same day so I ordered through that option, after I placed my order a lovely lady called lynne called me to confirm I had selected the correct option if cluck and collect a few minutes later she called me back to confirm that instead of me driving from west Yorkshire all the way to them in Manchester I could meet one of their guys half way in Leeds which made it 10 times easier for me. Over the moon and they deserve a award for the outstanding service.
