The are cheaters

The are cheaters , after registrations they tried to withdraw money from the card twice with out my authorize.
Their system is a trash and it is not what they really explained about.

refinely.io just tried to defraud me of…

refinely.io just tried to defraud me of $39 for a three days trial that should only cost me $2.99 US. They are a scam. Now I am concerned that they have my bank details and who knows what they can do with it. My bank immediately blocked my card after three transactions of £3.87, £2.32 and £0.58 left my account. They then say that they would be taking $39 monthly after that.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, I don't know how it's possible to deceive consumers like this. If you sign up to the 2.99 trial (it states that it will end in 3 days) They will immediately charge you 39.99 PREDATORY, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Deceptive billing and poor service

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
This company uses deceptive billing practices. They lure you in with a 7-day trial for €2.99, but nowhere clearly disclose that you’ll be charged €39.99 once the trial ends. I was charged without proper notice.

I cancelled the payment and emailed them, and they have not responded.

Overall, this is misleading at best and dishonest at worst. I strongly recommend staying away.

Very shitty company and service

Very shitty company and service. They charge you without notice and lure you in with a 7 day trial for 2.99 euro and they mention nowhere on the website that they will charge you after the 7 days 39.99 euro. I cancelled the payment and emailed them and I still haven't heard from them. The service they provide is also very generic and their humaniser feature is terrible. The AI detector is worse than websites that offer the same for free. Stay away from them!

It is a scam

It is a scam. I tried the free trial - I didn’t like the service so I cancelled it after 1 day (on time) - you have to email them. Despite I did everything right, they still charged me 40 euros. I asked PayPal to return the money but Refinely refuses it.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST
They have been taking MULTIPLE payments from me and will not let me cancel. I have had to report it to my bank as fraud as a result to get my money back. I signed up for the 7 day free trial, however, money was taken IMMEDIATELY (2 random payments). They have taken £111 from me 😡😡this is ridiculous. I tried to cancel the payment after 10 minutes of making the account.

SCAM. DONT SUBSCRIBE

I subscribed also for one week and messaged them the same day to cancel it. All they did was send me an email to review them and I got charged $60 AUD, despite emailing them to cancel. I’m gonna reverse this with the bank and stay away from them! They won’t cancel it

Financial abuse to credit card

I’ve subscribed to their trial offer for one week and after the trial week the company charges the month.
After one day and having tried their service, I was really disappointed by the result.
I’ve send them an email to cancel the subscription and be sure they won’t charge the month fee. They reply an email saying I have to explain my issue so they can help me. So I rewrite my message and the reason I want to cancel the subscription and again they send me the exact same email.
They sent me three emails with the exact same message and nothing about the cancelation of the subscription. So my only way to be sure they won’t charge me, was to block my credit card.
This is a violation of the sales law that let the consummer change it’s mind and beeing protected from financial abuse.
This compagny: Refinely.io clearly abuses it’s clients.
