Patient and efficent

Refine packaging was very diligent and patient when it came to finding the package that was right for me. I would definitely recommend to any small businesses that want to take their business to the next level.

Terrific rep and service, great product! …

Jack Hayden was fantastic- from sending a sample pack to help me understand materials and engineering, quoting, recommendations, and art help and proofs, even though my job was small it never felt like it was small to Jack. He was great at communicating and following up snd following through. The final product came quickly and is great quality, exactly as anticipated. Would definitely work with them again, and HIGHLY recommend and appreciate Jack as my rep!

Excellent company!

We had a lot of back and forth to make sure the artwork was 100% correct. They are quick to respond which I loved. Excellent price points. I received the tracking number for the boxes and before I could check the status, the boxes arrived at my door!

This process has been amazing!!

This process has been amazing!!! Can’t say enough good words about Steven I. From me being hesitant in the beginning, and then working with me on waiting for me to get my stuff together. He was super patient and understanding and not pushy at all. My boxes just arrived and look fantastic!! Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!! Will be ordering again for sure!!
