Where do I start? My experience with Reflect has been fantastic from beginning to end. After having a really awful experience with another company, I was understandably anxious about going through the whole process again, but the team put me at ease from day one, and the whole process has been seamless.

Jayne and Mr Lambe have been incredible throughout. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, from the initial consultations right through to the aftercare. Jayne deserves a medal for her kindness, patience, and support, and Mr Lambe is not only exceptionally skilled at what he does but also genuinely caring and reassuring.

The day of my surgery went so smoothly, and I honestly couldn't have felt more looked after. I felt completely reassured going into theatre, so a special thank you to Patrick and the rest of the team for making the whole experience so calm and comfortable.

I attended the clinic yesterday for my bilateral breast augmentation surgery with Mr Lambe. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful from the booking and to the consultation and surgery. All the safe made me feel so relaxed and explained everything to me.

From booking my appointment with Jayne Bailey through to my consultation and treatment with Mr Lamb, the whole experience was exceptional.

From the very beginning, I was made to feel completely at ease. Everyone was professional, friendly and incredibly efficient, giving me confidence that I was in the best possible hands.

The procedure itself went extremely well, and throughout I felt reassured and looked after. The aftercare has been equally impressive, with excellent support and attention every step of the way.

Decided Mr Lambe was the surgeon for me, knowledgeable, patient, funny, caring and above all professional…put me at ease straight away. Literally 2nd day post op (blepheroplasty) and everything was perfect. Clinic/Hospital staff were amazing. surgery smooth, and Jayne Mr Lambes secretary has been in touch regularly to check I’m happy, well and I’ve no concerns. Wonderful!

I found the overall experience very good from my initial consultation to having my procedure and follow up Everything was explained fully and questions answered appointments was always promptly kept to time the the hospital staff was very good and a lovely environment.
My healing hasn’t been 100% smooth on one side I developed a slightly raised red scar along the suture line but at my 6 week appointment I have been give clear instructions and reassurance it will hopefully resolve in time
Overall I’m glad I had it done, my eyes look more open and less tired and I am confident the scars will heal nicely. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I recently had my first consultation for breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Lambe. Not knowing what to expect, I was a bit nervous but the whole experience was very calm and professional. Dr. Lambe instantly put me at ease, explaining how the surgery would work and putting my main worries to rest. He explained everything really clearly and helped me to narrow down what I was after. He also gave great advice and clearly outlined next steps; I look forward to my next consultation with him. What can I say … from the very start of my journey Jayne has been awesome, helpful and genuinely caring. I had my surgery yesterday so early days. The staff at Bollin have been brilliant in my care package and Mr Lambe fabulous answering all my concerns professionally and genuinely putting me at ease through out and very approachable. A big thank you to Patrick for taking excellent care of me whilst under aesthetic. I am currently two weeks post-op and, slowly but surely, I’m feeling better every day. Whenever I’ve had any concerns, I’ve reached out to Jayne and have always been reassured straight away. Next week, I have my follow-up appointment with Dr. Lambe, and I’m very excited, as the transformation in just two weeks has already been incredible.

All the staff i have dealt with at Reflect have been lovely and professional. They have made me feel at ease, and understood my concerns and why I was there, but also made you feel you didnt also need to be! The consultation was comfortable and friendly, and put me at ease, I quickly received the quote and happy with this as I have seen the results of Mr Lambes work! I had Upper Blepharoplasty with Gerard Lambe two weeks ago so still very early in my recovery journey. I was really nervous on the day of the procedure but Gerard Lambe and his nurse's calm approach really put me at ease and reassured me I was in safe hands during the surgery.

Clinic manager, Jayne, provided me with post op aftercare info prior to the surgery and she contacted me each day the first week after surgery to see how I was. Jayne has always been there to answer any questions or concerns and makes you feel genuinely cared for.
I had my post op appointment with Gerard Lambe a week after my procedure to remove the stitches, his warm and friendly calm approach has been consistent throughout. He's really easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. Look forward to seeing the final results.

GAME CHANGER!
Another fabulous and successful procedure with Mr Lambe recently.
Upper blepharoplasty opens up my eyes and makes me look less tired.
The difference is remarkable and I can now wear eyeshadow that’s no longer hidden under heavy hooded lids.
Great team supporting Mr Lambe during the procedure in super premises.

Fabulous service start to finish. I had a complex reconstructive surgery on my abdomen. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and the procedure went without a hitch. All the team were amazing and Jayne really put me at ease and was on hand to answer all of my questions. I only wish I’d contacted Mr. Lambe/Reflect clinic sooner! It’s worth mentioning I had the surgery at The Wilmslow Howpital and they were incredible. Spotlessly clean, kind caring staff. I’d recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation - Thabks guys! Rick x

Jayne is just wonderful. Caring, professional, kind and so personable, she always puts me at ease, listens to me with compassion and is transparent and trustworthy. Dr Lambe, again, is wonderful. He puts patients at ease, explains everything thoroughly and is compassionate. The two of them together is what makes Reflect Clinic the very best, and I wouldn’t choose anyone else.

Once again I had an amazing consultation with Dr Lambe. 8 years ago I had surgery with him with fantastic results and now I’m booked in again for another operation. As I said to Dr Lambe I trust him implicitly and I’m looking forward to my next transformation. Also so at ease talking to both Jayne & Dr Lambe. I did a lot of research for over a year before I finally found the surgeon I had confidence in to perform my surgery. At that point my focus was on choosing the right surgeon, but what I found was a truly supportive team as well as a fantastic surgeon.
