No refund option

The products did not arrive until a month after the order. The products came directly from China, not from Germany, where the company is located. The quality was poor and the sewing pattern was really lousy. I complained about the quality of the products as well as the fact that the sizes were too small, no answer. I have made a complaint to 3 different times, no one would answer me. I don't think I'll ever get my money back. This company not deserve to get good feedback.
