I used ReFly to claim flight delay compensation (€600 per passenger, total €1,200). The airline (Turkish Airlines) approved and paid the compensation.
ReFly confirmed:
Claim accepted
Funds processed
Payment would take 6–8 weeks
I provided full bank details in December 2025.
Now it is April 2026 – more than 3 months later – and I still have NOT received my money.
Instead of paying, they:
Repeatedly asked for the same information again
Sent generic “finance processing” replies
Ignored clear questions about payment date
This is unacceptable. The airline has already paid, yet ReFly is holding the funds.
I have now escalated this legally via EU procedures.
Be very careful – they may get your compensation, but not transfer it to you.
