SCAM COMPANY AND PRODUCT! AVOID!

Purchased a three pack of what was listed as Genuine EveryDrop1 replacement filters. Received 3 filters on 11/28/25, in the genuine EveryDrop1 packaging. On Noticed the purple coloring was slightly different than the one I was replacing, but went ahead with the install on December 2nd.

While trying to flush the filter, the refrigerator wouldn't provide any pressure and water leaked all over my floor. I reinstalled the old filter, and the water dispenser pressurized fine. I tried adjusting the new filter, pushing it in a little in case it wasn't seated right, but that changed nothing. More water on my floor and no water from the dispenser.

I took it out and compared it to the old filter (purchased from a big box store) and the QR code of the new filter was bigger than the old one. My fridge didn't recognize it.

Reached out to the company via email on December 2nd, heard nothing. Went through their chat bot twice (on dec 6 and dec 17) to initiate a return and the bot confirmed a human would contact me. Surprisingly no one ever did.

Initiated a charge back with my credit card company and on gathering evidence found that the image on the refrigerator filter shop has changed to no longer be the genuine EveryDrop1 replacement filters but whatever this knock off EDR1RXD1 version is.

My credit card company couldn't reach the company either, so I'm stuck eating the charge.

Unless you just want to throw your money away, don't buy these fake filters and steer clear of this company. If they're even real, they've outsourced customer service to a chat box that conveniently sends you in a loop until the 30 day return window passes.
