Amazing experience!

My New Balance trainers look brand new after a clean and repair to the toe area.
I honestly thought nothing could be done to fix the small hole on the right shoe after to speaking to customer services at New Balance, they admitted it was a common problem but they wouldn’t do anything to fix it.
Refrsh have worked their magic and they look brand new again!
I really appreciate the collection and delivery service.

They were very flexible for timings with me dropping and collecting the trainers. To mention the condition after cleaning, they looked spot on and they even cleaned the inside soles when i had only paid for the outside. 10/10 here will deffo come again.
