RUN AWAY! THEY ARE SACAMMERS!

This company is a scam! They don't deliver and they refuse to refund you even if you have cancelled the order. They will tell you that you are on a "refunded list" and that you have to wait until it is your turn, but it is a month already, and of course I am not refunded because they are just scammers.

Right now they are just stealing money from unawre clients and are going to fill for bankruptcies so they keep all the money to themselves because they clearly have no clue on how to serve clients nor how to run a company.

UPDATE: phone was delivered 25 days after first being ordered.

I paid, but they didn’t send the iPhone. It has been 3 weeks now and no response from customer service, no sign of sending or a refund being sent. I tried to call, but I just get told it’s not possible to speak to anyone by an automated message.
It’s a real shame because I’m a returning customer and last time I ordered (more than 18 months ago) the phone arrived really quickly and was in great condition.
From reading other reviews, it sounds like the company is in some sort of trouble. I would recommend buying from somewhere else. Don’t make their problems yours as well.

iPhone ordered in November 2023 is not yet delivered! Impossible to contact client service. We want our money back.

I purchased an Apple Watch and it looked extremely scratched and used. I didn't even turn it on, I immediately wanted to return it. Returning it was a pain, because they didn't react to my email - I had to call and wait 60+ minutes to talk to someone. When they finally sent me the email, it directed me to a complicated form I had to fill out. I returned the item and waited a month. When I called them (60+ minutes of waiting again) turned out that they had no idea where my product was and the customer service agent wanted to send me a return label instead.
It seemed like he couldn't comprehend what the issue was - when he finally got it he told me that an email was sent to "their partner" - whoever they are, and they will check whether my watch has arrived yet or not.
No communication for weeks.
I reached out again and managed to talk to someone who said that they initiated the refund (upon request, not automatically).
I got my refund 2 months later - had I not been so stubborn I would probably never get my money back.

I see a lot of negative reviews. I must be honest and say that I got what was promised. With only a slight delay. I hope Refurbished picks this up also for other customers.

For now, the MacBook Air is what I asked and works fine. Looks good, with cables and just some marks of use.

I can't do anything else than give 4 stars.

Please Refurbished: copy this service you gave me to everyone and you should be fine.

I ordered a refurbished Iphone on 20th November 2023 as well as an Iphone cover – total value was EUR 269,99. The cover was delivered a few days later.
The email confirmation stated that the phone would be delivered in the next 2-3 business days. When the phone did not arrive within that period of time, I sent an email to Refurbished' customer service requesting an update. After a few days I received an email informing me that there had been delays in delivery by one of their providers and there was no alternative provider that could deliver the phone. I was given the option to wait or cancel the whole order - I opted for the latter and confirmed via email. This was on 25th November. As I got no response, I sent another email which I got a reply to on 29th November, confirming they had asked the provider to cancel the order. I also requested to return the phone cover, customer service told me that I would receive a return label within a day. Until now no return label was sent after repeated requests.
On 6th December I, via email, asked when the money for the Iphone would be reimbursed, I got no response. I tried calling their customer service, but got automated messages telling me that there was no one available to take my call, directing me to their customer service via email.
On 16th December I sent another email requesting an update, I got no response. Again, I was unable to get through via telephone.
On 9th January I sent another email. I got no response. I did the same on 26th January, no response.
I am still unable to get through to customer service via telephone, their chatbot keeps referring me to their customer service via email.
Needless to say that I am not happy with the way Refurbished treat their customers.
FYI – I ordered the same refurbished phone via Mobico and received it within 3 days.

NO REIMBURSEMENT AFTER MORE THAN 2 MONTHS
Despite being put on the 'priority list' for reimbursement (message received in December from customer service), more than 1 month later I am STILL NOT REIMBURSED !!! The cancellation of the order dates from NOV 13, more than 2 months later I am still not reimbursed. Very bad customer follow-up.

I ordered a laptop in May of 2023, in December the screen went black. I emailed the company and no response. After trying to call and emailing it took them over 10 days to finally have me send the laptop back to them for repairs.
When they received it it took them another 10 days to just let me know they had received it. Also they let me know that they were not going to repair the screen because according to them the warranty was valid anymore because I had damaged the laptop. The damage they said I had done to the laptop was the damage that was already on the laptop when I got it.
We have been back of forward about this and they are just refusing to repair the laptop under the warranty and are telling me to pay another 500 euro for the repairs.
If you are thinking of buying anything from this company DONT, their product are crap and the service even worse...

The phone I ordered for almost 800€ was defect, after a few days the screen started glitching and eventually turned white without any reason. I sent it back in November and haven’t heard of them ever since, even though I tried mailing the support like 5 times and always only got an automated answer that they will answer within 5 days (which never happened) and every time I tried to call I only get an answer that there’s no staff for the phone right now. Because of their slow process I am stuck with a phone that is defect, as I don’t have the money to just buy a new one. I am writing this review in hope that the company might see this and react because I honestly don’t know how to reach them anymore at that point.

I WOULD NOT ORDER from REFURBISHED.NL ever again. The primary promise they make is "Delivered Tomorrow" which is never fulfilled. I Ordered a phone on 08-November-2023 i waited for almost 10 days and started calling them. They never pickup the call. You have to wait for hours before somebody attends your call and sometimes after hours of waiting they don't even pickup. They just disconnect. They say on their website to create a ticket and they will respond back in 48 hours, I tried but they never ever responded to that. I decided to cancel the Order and Cancelled it on 20-November-2023. Today as I am writing the review, it has been almost two months no sign of refund at all. Have been sending them emails with no response from them. I do not even see on the website that my order is cancelled. It just says "ready for shipment" even now at the moment when I am writing the review. This was my first experience and probably the worst so far. I would not recommend buying anything from Refurbished.nl.

It is very bad company if buy mobile with ( ORD25503270 ) they still money only and the will never ship you purchase and they will never answer you email whatever you reach them. be a ware from this company is criminal fraud organisation

This is a fraud website cheating common man's hard earned money. If trustpilot is really genuine, please removed this from the trusted list. I made my order (ORD28621551) in Dec 2023 and they did not deliver the product and when I cancelled the order they didn't refund the money as well. Several mails and messages have been made, but they absolutely don't respond anymore.

WARNING: not a serious dealer. I ordered a phone in October, after a month they could not tell me the status so I canceled order. After dozens of emails and 2 letters from my soliciter, I am still waiting for my money back. They reply to emails with stand replies, all very nice but full of lies

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a refurbished phone in August 2023, it was never delivered. After several emails asking about my purchase, I was informed that it cannot be delivered and they will return the money. I emailed at least 5 times, was told every time that 'they will remind their financial department'. After a while they just stopped responding. I never got the money back. You may get lucky, but if anything goes wrong, the company will do nothing to help.

They owe me 615 euros and have technically stolen my laptop. They have used all sorts of lies, indicating they paid 2 months ago, saying they deposited, again and again, different excuses and even 'we changed banks'. My bank has confirmed they did not, and i am seeking legal action- in which they will end up paying more. DO NOT USE.

The worst company ever. NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER YOUR PURCHASE. ALSO FORGET TO GET ANY ANSWER ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINTS.

Ordered iPhone 2020 SE on 22 oct, delivery next day.
After 3 days, item not in stock.
Cancelled order on 30 oct.
Confirmation of cancellation on 8 nov.
Refund would take 14 days.
Servicedesk not reacheble due to staff shortage
No response on e-mails

Still waiting for refund.

For Legal assistance the amount is too small.

Waiting since 11.11,over 1 month and still nothing,no contact,thats funny .. DHL send me info,that Iphone 12 is dangerous and they dont get a documents of it.

Similar to other reviews:

-Ordered iPhone on 5th of October based on 'delivery next day'..
-Order confirmation stated there would be a delay in delivery and I cancelled the order.
-Customer service responded immediately, confirmed the order cancellation and stated that a refund would be made.
- Since then I've sent 4 emails requesting the refund to be paid (at 14, 30, 45 & 60 day intervals). Still no refund paid.

In fairness, a gent called Erik in customer service has been very responsive but consistently states that 'finance are very busy'...

Very poor service indeed.

The same thing happened to me as many others on this forum: my item never arrived, and I can't get through to customer service to track progress of my delivery or receive a refund. (No emails answered; the given phone number only leads to an automated answer that phone lines are closed – whatever time you call.) I also noticed the 'follow' button on my order doesn't work – instead of going to a track & trace page with the courier, it just refreshes the page. This is my third sale with this company, and the first time I've had an issue. For that reason, I suspect the company must be at the point of bankruptcy or police investigation, but then they need to close their online store and make an announcement. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from them!
