What can I say the chair I received was exceptional, for being refurbished it was like new and for the price they retail at new it was a fantastic deal and straight forward ordering process.

I bought it for my wife as a gift and she is over the moon with the quality and comfort the chair gives. The delivery was speeding and without fault. I would easily use this company again am highly recommend to anybody, you won’t be disappointed.

The order for my refurbished Aeron chair was processed quickly and the delivery was prompt and went off without a hitch. The chair came well packed, with easy assembly instructions and was well refurbished.

I appreciate that this is not a new chair and fully expected there to be some signs of previous use. However it is described as refurbished. This I would disagree with. The general condition of the chair is fair with a couple on minor snags in the material. The chair has been cleaned but is left with a slimy feel from the remaining residue. That's as far as the refurb has gone as far as I can tell.
The big disappointment and what has left me to leave a negative review is that the arms are loose and flappy. The whole chair feels a bit loose and flappy to be honest. The elbow pads have an exceptional amount of play in them. The mechanism is clearly worn and sprung washers are broken and missing. The arms that they are mounted on don't clamp tightly to the back frame so the arms drop over time during use.

The chair itself is very comfortable so I have decided to keep it and just fix it up myself.

Bought an Eames Style chair in August '25. It was delivered quick and the chair itself is great quality. Very pleased. Highly recommended company.

The Herman Miller Aeron arrived within a few days of placing the order. It was in great condition and took less than half an hour to assemble.
