Scam!
Get official looking letters about paying asic fees which are more expensive then actually paying through asic. Total scam
Rude! Do not use this company
Do not use this company, I disputed a payment & this is what they sent me
They are faceless and rediculoly rude
And I'm still not convinced a legit company would ever speak to a customer like this. A letter posing as a invoice arrives in your letter box do not process or ebage with them!
This is three final emsil to me!! Charming way to conduct business Not!
‘ We are proud to report we WON the Bank Dispute you wrongly raised.
Let this be a LESSON to you, that you can't attempt to CLAW-BACK your money from a legitimate great service, like ours, that you have engaged.
We're happy that you also received extra fees for wasting our time and your bank's time.’
I'm within my right to dispute transactions even the back could say if there bank account was legit!! Do not use them
Was sent like an official notice
Was sent like an official notice, and worded in a way that made it seem like a compulsory payment for the buisness - definitely a scam tactic.
What a scam, easy way to make money if people fall for it
Received a notice (that looked liked an official invoice) stating Business renewal was due by 4th December 2025, when in fact it is due on 03/01/26. Also they will provide a $30 discount if paid by 4th October (this would be approx 2 months before ASIC sends out their official renewal notice). Amount was over double what ASIC charges for 12 months. Seems like a total scam to me. My advice is don't pay and wait for ASIC notice and pay less than half.
On trying to contact Registration I found that you could only interact with a electronic voice and was unable to talk to a person. Matter has been reported to ACCC.
Total scam
Total scam, one of many, as per their own disclaimer on their b.s invoice, "Registration is a third-party business name renewal service provider. We are independent from ASIC. This is not a bill. You do not have to pay any money..." This business should not be allowed to exist as it prays on unsuspecting small business owners and provides exactly nothing in return for paying their 'registration' fee.. not even a backlink!
this is a scam
this is a scam, they send a bill to the company address and put an annual review fee
The most disgusting company in the…
The most disgusting company in the world, they send a letter to every business in the shape of an invoice in the hope that you may pay it thinking your renewal is due. Its a scam DO NOT PAY IT, they don't stop either they will endlessly keep sending , a scamming company right here in Australia and no one stops them amazing ! So many people have paid by mistake.
Total scam. Ignore their letters.
Total scam. They provide no real value. You can pay ASIC direct for a fraction of their fees.
Scammers using a predatory business…
Scammers using a predatory business model to try trick ABN owners into paying 1000% more than ASIC charge just to renew their business name.
Then they try abuse Trustpilot platform to have your review removed.
Not an official renewal service
ASIC sends notifications to all business name holders. This company has taken it in their own right to scrape the entire business name database and send official looking letters. I got conned by these letters. Now I realise it’s junk mail, but comes across as official.
Ignore these letters folks, you can renew with ASIC 30 days prior to expiry for half the price.
Do not respond to this company, unethical and deceptive.
This company is unethical and a time waster. They send out a letter that mimics the looks of a letter from a government department, but it is just SPAM. The wording is deliberately deceptive and only in the footnote do they mention that they are a third party.
Scammers. Do not pay them!
Scam company that sends out fake "this is not a bill" company registration. Do not pay them anything! I can't believe this business practice is not illegal.
What a bunch of scammers
What a bunch of scammers. Do not pay them anything.
Literal Scam
Literal Scam, so much more expensive than just re-applying through ASIC. They send you mail saying your business name is due for re-application soon - it's extremely misleading, they say they will give you an early registration discount and make it sound all well and good, while caught up in the day to day you don't really have time to sit through pages of the terms so when you cancel they take a $50 admin fee.
They claim that they make it easier and file all the documentation but it's literally just an ABN/ACN renewal.
At least 3x more expensive than just applying through ASIC.
Misleading
Misleading, deceitful and misrepresentive boarding on being SCAM company.
Contact your accountant DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY.
Pray on vulnerable or misinformed.
Scam Company
I received a renewal letter for my business name. I was suspicious when i saw the web listing and asked my accountant who advised me that anyone can obtain the expiry dates of company names from ASIC and they then send this letter out to obtain money. ASIC will send their own renewal notices out and it cost far less (if you pay on time). Please disregard this company.
This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They have misleading information in the notice they send you, and operate on fear tactics. Save your money, go through ASIC for your company review or speak to an accountant.
FRAUD
Completely fraudulent. They send a letter saying you risk 'losing your company name' and 'domain name, emails and insurance' if you don't renew. This is an outright lie. There is not a 'company name' - when you established your company with ASIC, you registered your company as a legal entity. The legal entity name belongs to the shareholders as long as it remains registered with ASIC via filing annual returns. The 'company name' has nothing to do with your domain name, or your emails - these are managed entirely seperately. Their website claims to be an 'ASIC Registered Agent' - this is a lie. Go to the ASIC professional registers and type in their claimed agent number 45838. It doesn't exist in the register. Type in their company name - Registration Pty Ltd. It doesn't exist. THIS IS A SCAM.
ASIC needs to investigate this company for fraud.
Put this shameful letter from reg.com.au in the bin. Go to your ASIC portal and check that your registration is up to date. Pay your fees directly to ASIC and you're all good.
Fake and Unsolicited invoice-like media
Doesn't matter how official these guys seem to be, if you have a business and need to renew the name/ACN each year or three years, DON'T USE PSP's (private service providers). These PSP's send out physical mail making it seem like the renewal is legit, but the problem is that they're not allowed to send renewals more than two months in advance of when the renewal period begins (ASIC's rule, read up on it). Not only are you getting absolutely wallet-raped, these guys have no business scraping the ASIC website for your details to harrass you with fake invoice-like physical media, into deceptive tactics which make the unwary believe they have to pay to this unknown entity.
My business isn't due for renewal until September, and this is May. I've received 3 of these from different sources in the mail so far, and I'm expecting more to come out of the woodwork until I've renewed my business MYSELF.
Don't be sheep, wake up folks! This is unsolicited and harrassing behaviour and ASIC are letting them get away with it.
Absolute Joke and a scam.
I'm glad I came here as it seemed like an official bill. I'd never seen anything like it before and therefore was hesitant.
The fanciest scam junk mail I've ever seen.
