Reg.ru is being used by a lot of scummy companies and people to host phishing or malware.
When you email the company, they just give you a robot answer and don't do anything about it.

Very bad experience with them. Increase prices 3 x times along the road, don't let move domains to another domain provider. Very bad company, worst!

Very bad customer service
I have been using them for 2 years now. Hosting is not bad, but too expensive for the perfs. When I try to withdraw my money from the balance they just ignored my request. I have sent them official request BY POST to withdraw the money as mentioned in the FAQ. Nothing to do... they keep your money forever.

They have good service, lack of features
They have good service, good hosting and great support. But their hosting lack feature, such as Cloudflare and others. They host Your website on a add-on cpanel. That is your domain is not a primary Domain. Rather they have their own Primary domain which starts with scp23.hosting.ru
All your domain will be an addon.
Also their CPU usage has a very limitation of 25% daily usage of which your site will be block if you cross daily limit.
False Malware Report, even with fresh site.
