Our therapist/counselor, Linda is great. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest. She tells us what we need to hear, not what we want to hear and in my opinion, that's the first step to regaining a healthy and long lasting relationship

They are scams. They charged for $1680 without service. They never call us back and for a refund. I am going to take a legal action.

What a waste of time and money. Get a legit counselor in your home town. Don't rely on this service to be out for your best interests.

Hey together. I was here before with a bad Review. We changed our therapist and now everything is perfect. We're in good hands! Wanted to be fair - sometimes it just does not fit....

This is my second time with Regain as going through divorce and wanted some advice from a woman about all the emotions I am trying to make sense of. My current counsellor has valuable personal experiences that is helping me get things into perspective and I look forward to continuing to work with her. very pleased with the service.

I reached out last year to inquire about therapy and was contacted by a counselor. I decided not to pursue it at the time, but inquired again this year and was contacted by the same therapist who remembered me from last year. She is really awesome, I love her style of therapy, making us do the work! So far it has been an awesome experience.

I strongly encourage any new or established couple to take a few couples therapy sessions! It’s a safe place you can talk about parenting styles, how you each handle stress, and other critical information about one another to handle the stresses the world will undoubtedly send your way. I’m now a firm believer and highly recommend Althea at Regain\Better Help! The app is easy to use and extremely convenient. I truly appreciate the helpful guidance and cannot thank your company and in particular our therapist enough!!!🥰

Connecting with a professional and excellent therapist is simple and very accessible, due to its online nature. I've been using it for the last couple of months and it's absolutely worth the money and time spent. Highly recommend Regain!

I found the therapy session helpful, the therapist was caring and understanding. I also found the free online courses offered by betterhelp very helpful. I could register for all the courses that interested me and watch the replay at my free time.

I’m so happy that such services like Regain are there and I can connect with wonderful therapists located in the other part of the world. I am grateful to my therapist Roshanna Bracy to show me how I can build a healthy attachment with my son. I was slowly loosing the connection with him without realising it. I am also grateful to my therapist to show me the way how I can create a better relationship with my husband and improve my marriage.

Really awful costumer service with no help whats-over.
More stress on the relationship because there is no support to fix the website problems.

Firstly my partner cannot join the website despite clicking the link he has been sent multiple times - the counsellor says they don't support the technical issues, I need to email.

I've emailed about 5-10 times and even rang the US (from UK) to sort and was promised both times someone would call me back.

I've asked the therapist multiple times to help me sort it and they responded by booking the sessions online at times that don't work for me.

I'm now £200 down - cannot get a refund and zero response from anyone at Better Help of Regain Us. It's been 8 weeks.

Really awful costumer service with no internet in solving your problem. You’re automatically forced through Webseite to pay already for my month even though you arent sure if you’re going to take these therapy sessions. I’ve problem with finding a German speaker coach as I wished and afterwards I’ve just found a good local consultant near my home and 2 days after my site registration I’ve requested frequently for a refund and guess what, they don’t answer any of my emails till now nearly 3 weeks ! Rude service

This is really bad, why would your force people to subscribe for a service without them being aware? It’s enough they are trying to resolve issues. Taking advantage of them is wrong and criminal. I will be making a formal complaint to the UK government so your website gets banned in UK. I will also be calling my bank to make the payment gets reversed. I paid for one service, you have to no right to charge my card twice. Theif!

This company is extremely efficient and effective. It is easy to access and very user friendly. The help it offers is tremendous and convenient. So glad I found it!

My husband and I used regain for our marriage prep. Rodney “Carter” was such a gift to us and provided a safe space for us to go and discuss family struggles, communication tools, and just learn to laugh in the madness

You did not reply to any of my emails. I have been checking my spam folder as I didn't want to miss your response, in the hope that this would be resolved.

I suggest that you don't try and imply that you responded to my emails again, and actually look to rectify the situation.

I highly recommend NOT using this platform!
Our therapist couldn't even get the session started on our first session, but I was still charged for it. Our second and only session was completely useless. There was zero structure and nothing was accomplished. We both stated very clearly that we did not want another session scheduled, but our therapist secretly scheduled another session without notifying us, and I was charged for it. The therapist is still trying to schedule sessions without our consent. This is a rip-off.

Update: Regain again charged my credit card despite me contacting customer service, leaving clear instructions in their portal not to schedule any further sessions, and Regain even responding to this review pretending they would help. This is a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

My therapist was selected based off of my specific requests. I did have to ask for a different therapist before starting but they were super quick and helpful with it and matched me with the perfect therapist for my husband and I. She is teaching us how to communicate as a neurodiverse couple since I have both adhd and high functioning autism which causes a lot of misunderstandings. She is also well versed in a specific key dynamic that heavily impacted our marriage. She is very attentive and listens and observes our interactions without interrupting which helped her pinpoint the underlying root cause of our conflicts that we only saw on surface levels. This just might save our marriage that is on the verge of divorce due to irreconcilable differences despite our love over 15yrs. The messaging is also super helpful so we can share with our therapist issues that aspire between sessions and she can review and make the most out of our sessions. It is well worth the money and I would definitely recommend this therapy platform!

My partner and I had a great experience with Jameson for our pre-wedding therapy. He was attentive, and skillful in his guidance and helped us discover a lot about ourselves. We'll be using Regain again, and can't recommend them enough.

Rochelle is the best. She made great suggestions to help us get through a really tough time in our marriage. I’d say she helped save our marriage!! I’m forever grateful to her!!
