Blocked their numbers 100 time and still they find a way to call.

Absolute garbage company. Making a complaint with the FCC today. They knowingly and willingly violate the the FCC's do not call list. Predatory loans sold by common phone scammers. Never do business with these clowns.

This is my second review. I received yet another call and was rudely spoken over by your associate. I’m noticing a total disregard for my privacy and requests for removal.Considering I am on the National Do Not Call List, you clearly disregard rules & boundaries. This serves as your final warning.

This group is a scam, they knowingly and repeatedly violate the Federal Telecommunications Protection Act and contrary to their website claims they do not have an A+ rating from the BBB. Even after calling the number provided by the (Illegal) Robo call, and informing them that my number is on the DNC registry they persisted in calling me from a disguised number reflecting a different location each time, preventing me from blocking their calls. The support email on their website bounces, their agents refuse to provide any sort of email or contact info. They are a scam, anyone can make up fake email accounts to leave false positive reviews.

Consistently spamming with robo calls. Using various local numbers. Told numerous times to stop calling and place me on a do not call list. They don’t listen and are very rude. Do not use their services!

This company is scammy as the day is long.

They've called me 100s of times over the last year. Despite being on the do not call list and despite being told not to call me, sometimes I'd get a call twice in one day!

I have dozens of voice mail messages left by robo calls (in violation of the TCPA) and when you call the number the robo call gives you, you are directed to an agent of Regal Capital Group. They all identify themselves as working in California with a home office in Sheridan, WY.

If you ask any of their "agents" to speak to a higher up in the company, they hang up on you. If you ask for an email of a higher up, hang up. There is no listed information for company except for the registered agent Andrew Pierce who apparently just has an LLC farm in Wyoming.

Regal Capital is currently being sued for their telemarketing scheme in Shelton V Regal Capital in Pennsylvania. You can google Shelton V Regal Capital Group LLC. Court docs list @Regalcapgroup.com email holders in evidence.

Even the "referals" on their website appear to be false as the people listed are listed on other similar scammy looking websites. As every person shows up on various other websites, sometimes with just place holder text.

Then, I had a conversation via phone with a "Senior Financial Advisor". This man detailed that all "employees" of the company are 10-99 contractors. He claimed that the robo calls were from "marketing" and that he'd sue me for this review.

Then, he decided he'd texted me my own personal information. In an inept attempt to harrass me? Initimidate? He claimed he just wanted to show me what information is out there on the internet. It certainly seemed more like the behavior of a mob boss than a finanical company that is on the up and up.

This company refuses to take me off their call list. Why would they continue to call after I have repeatedly asked to be removed. They call at least once a day during the week, sometimes more. Recently I did manage to speak to someone who acted alarmed when I asked to be removed. Question- Do they even allow "customers" to be removed from their call list.
I know the answer- NO!

April 14 2023 3;30 pm. Talked to someone who answered for Regal Capital Group. They would not let me tell them to take me off their call list. Now I am blocked from calling me at the number they called me from. A little shady telemarketing. Foolish me I thought Regal Capital wanted to resolve this issue.

Receiving repeated robocalls from this company from various spoofed numbers, six so far just this morning, calls coming from new numbers as fast as I block the old ones.
To head off any response from the company: The number you are calling is on the do-not-call list; I am not going to beg you to put me on an internal DNC list because it is your legal and ethical responsibility to honor the national list. Robo-cold-calling is spamming by definition, and doing so from spoofed numbers is deceptive by definition. Neither inculcates trust in your potential customers. You cannot blame any marketing affiliates because every one of these numbers answers with "Welcome to Regal Capital Group!" If they're using your name dishonestly, you need to take action against them. Either way, yours is the responsibility.
In any case, you can end the calls because I will not be doing business with you under any circumstances, so all they're doing is wasting your resources and mine.

Harassing robo phone calls, 1-2 per day for a month. Finally called & selected 2 to be removed from list. Instead of stopping calls, they increased calls to every 20-60 min all day long, daily filling up my business phone mailbox. Today, finally tried to email found on their website, the same email I saw they told others reporting them to trustpilot, and it bounced back each time as an invalid email address. I've gotten 2 more calls from them leaving VM in the short time it's taken to type this!!!

I receive regular robo calls from different spoofed numbers trying to sell me on ERC funds. Despite multiple requests to have them take me off their list, they don't actually do so. Any company that needs to hide behind spoofed numbers and a robot isn't a legitimate company, I'm guessing that most if not all of the five star reviews were written by their owners or employees.

Isn't that a violation of FCC rules?
Maybe they should be shut down.

Tgis company has been calling my sins phone for fuckn Months from hundred's of different numbers! And each time i block a number another regal capital group number calls from a different number i block and each time i keep calling back and pressing on 2 to have hus number taken off rhe the do not call list but they continue to keep calling and its starting to really annoy me!

The reason I consider Regal Cap Group could be a phishing scam is their constant barrage of robo calls used spoofed local numbers. A reputable lender doesn't need to use obnoxious marketing methods. I have personally received hundreds of Robo calls from them and as as soon as I even start to ask do not call they hang up.

Anyone performing a financial transaction or providing financial information should initiate the contact or you expose yourself to scams. Even if 'Regal Capital' is not a phishing scam, it is 'highly disrespectful' for this company to use unrelenting robo calls and a huge waste of mine and everyone else's time. For any one desperate to consider using a company with such harassing methods, ask yourself what will happen if you were late on a loan payment?

A negative would be more appropriate. They have a policy of harassment through incessant robo calls masked by unknown caller; cowards all!
