The quality is unbelievable however I have purchased some of the best items and wonder if the top end is a little over the top but like it a lot not sure when I will use his Christmas specials Keep up the quality

First time using regal and I was a little sceptical when ordering as the quality in the pictures looked good.. I wanted to order harness and lead for our new pup, delivered quickly and the quality is amazing, plush dark blue velvet chunky gold lock, fits perfect and makes him very regal infact I think the items have gone to his head as he acts like a king when wearing them ... will be buying more items

Brilliant service all the way through. I bought a tactical collar and harness around a year ago I sent the harness back as it wasn’t needed. They refunded me and gave a little extra if it was store credit which I accepted. Fast forward a year and I had lost the email with the voucher code and needed to order another lead within 2 emails in one day it was all sorted no hassle at all how things should be. Very few company’s offer this kind of Customer service now days and it goes a long way. Couldn’t recommend REGAL more!

I ordered a personalised collar for my boy Rambo. It arrived the very next day. The quality is outstanding and the packaging is very impressive. Comes in a lovely little bag. I have tried other top sites and they do not compare to Regal. My dogs have just had a litter of 9 so i shall be buying them all their first collars from regal and then recommending to the pups new owners as well as my other doggy parents!

This is not a great company, my dogs harness broke, I'd only had this 6 month, I emailed with a picture over a week ago and sent a follow up email. I've had no contact, thought I'd ring them but there is no phone number, which says to me, dodgy company. Although the harness was a fortune it's the principle.

Top quality great product for cost names stitched into collars perfectly and weight of clasp generates weight to keep name in correct place leaving handle placed at side for easy grasp leader can be short or long which emblems of make stands out which give top quality look smart slick looking which looks expensive at a reasonable price well worth it outstanding used befor so renewed and updated the new additions to family

Was a hard choice to pick a new collar for my boy. Saw this company advertised on Facebook and was drawn to the gold series in black, went the extra mile and had his name embroidered in gold and I love it!! With a husky x malamute it needed to be a strong robust collar which wouldn’t mat his thick coat. This has ticked every box and both mum and pup are happy with it.
