Stunning. Everything on this site is gorgeous, I had a hard time picking just a couple of items. The shipping was fast, and the pieces are even more amazing in person. I'm obsessed. Not satisfied with handling of defect items
i love my stuff from them, but I can't rate higher because of poor customer service when jewelry breaks after approximately half a year and 10 uses (hopefully a fluke).
They did not offer me to send a new necklace, instead I could get a discount to buy it again... And the price had been raised since I bought it. This is way below the standard I am used to in the European Union, Denmark, where business have to either repair, reimbursement og give a new item if it breaks in this short time period after purchasing.
*After a little back and forth they gave me a 20%discount, which is the sale % they run ond and off.

Very disappointing
The jewellery is very beautiful, however I have bought earrings and a necklace from here which were very expensive but they broke without very much wear. For the price point, it’s pretty shocking that the jewellery breaks so easily.
