Won't you believe, i just join regalwins these week,this is the first time i gamble with this casino,i was playing roulette,i don't know i am lucky or not, when my balances at around £4300 something very strange happen in front of me, Firsty i have three or four continue void games, so in this case it is the time to ckeck out with my winning,but i saw my £4300 figure keep changing ( the figure was going down) untill it stop at £1300,I was wonder i didn't asked for bonus in the beginning ( because I know bonus have so much condition to pay out,so i refuse every bonus when i play).
I speak with the support team , they didn't give me a good explaination,just say it happen because of the bonus,i said to him,i didn't ask for bonus,the answer is even I didn't ask for,the bonus will automatic kick in ( what a funny answer),so i think i won't get a solution , so i call again try to speak another operator with a better explain,unfortunately,it was same one i spoke to,but this time he said because of the void games ,they refund to me etc ( void games means no bet ,refund to me is reasonable ) finally ,i better go to my account to ckeck my records, its amazing, i found the last 3 or 4 void games is not the last game , I got a few big bets games follow (total bets around £3000 lost bets which i haven't done. that's why £4300 down to £1300. I didn't speak with them again ,don't you think will i get the money back from them,the withdraw £1300 have a record of fastest paid out,within hours,no proof they asked for.

Im new to this site however when i deposited for second time the site froze i couldn't gain access i even emailed them but got no reply after a few days today i managed to log in successfuly, my £5 i deposited few days ago was showing on my balance anyway i played deal or no deal and couldn't believe i won £50, £45 of which I withdrew to my bank account the only downfall was it charged me £5 for transferring my own money something they've never mentioned before, after reading the reviews i hope i receive my winnings

Don't use they took £200 out of my account and said I deposited it daylight robbery how many other accounts have they robbed. I feel sickened that they did this while I was playing, I had £34 in my balance there was a technical problem on their side when it sorted itself I had £234 so I thought I had a win, lost it all when I went in to deposit again it said I didn't have funds so I checked my bank it was empty, customer service was pretty rude with me saying I made the deposits, which I didnt, but you know what I'm still happy won't be using this site anymore please keep a check on your bank you just don't know when they will strike, great job you have guys robbing people, karma is sweet.

After signing up they had no qualms about me depositing £70 playing a specific game I then won on a bonus at which point they suspended my account before it could be credifed to my remaining balance, after a 45 minute live chat of which I have screenshots of admitting liability of which my legal representative now has of which I warned would happen, they asked for front and back of bank card over an unsecured network no reputable casino would ask for this none of my online accounts have ever asked this, they have closed my account with my own remaining balance my money, I have instructed my legal representation to now go ahead and the GC have been informed, be warned this site will fraudulently withhold your own money I'm just lucky the agent I spoke to wasn't to clever in their responses when questioned, the amount of money isn't the issue and I fully accept loses in safe gambling its gblimg after all and one should prepare for loss but the issue is having your own money withheld an account closed and winnings kept with no explanation other than send me a picture of your bank card front and back, who even asks that? I'll have my day and hopefully the GC will shut these crooks down

The is cash game is just like the rest of so called cash out money. Only to find out when you get to nineties ( I’m at $92.10); you cannot get any more cash money wins. Nor be it the smash piggy bank, dice rolling bonus game or the main playing game(s). I have been playing over an week and half and have not seen any cash money win. I have over 10.2M and getting to the required coin cash out; which might take a while seeing I’m only getting 1K to 3K win. Also there lots and I mean lots of ads to watch (their money makers). One more thing if you write bad review; like this review, this review like others will not go out for reviewing to other players. Because this company will delete it so their reviews will look greater than actual ratings. These comments are my own playing experience while playing.

Played 5 times and no wins at all,looks like scam.

Great customer service and selection of games but the they are so biased it’s unreal. Opened and closed my account within 7 days. Played for an hour or so every night and don’t think I had a single bonus feature on any of the slots I played. Slingo had as many as 3 or 4 dud spins out of 10 with most numbers still available that meant you had no chance of winning unless you bought extra spins and then it just gets worse. Think this experience may have done me good in the long run and have decided to use GameStop and stop throwing money down the drain.

Been on regal 3 years. What to say mmmm, was a great site until they decide to put a deposit limit on your account. won about 17k over 3 years but now limit to deposit £400 a month. basically playing low stakes you won’t win, play higher stakes like myself on certain games you will win. But take note the progressive jackpots on some game’s go down in value overnight. How can it go down £1000 overnight obviously they are scamming customers. Beware !!

To be fair I signed up and deposited £40 I won £300 and decided to cut an Run. This was Thursday 25/06/20. The funds have arrived in my account this evening. I decided to deposit another £40 to day and managed to get up to £330 again. But in all honesty Lost £240 on Book of Dead on £1.80 spins, spat my dummy out and closed my account. But to be fair to Regal, they are deffo a fair site with some good Games and I believe a very fair RTP. Difficult to get a good Review from me, but this site deserves it. 👍🏽
