Reculver Court Viewing Appointment
We went to Reculver Court to see whether a move there was suitable for us.
The onsite sales advisor, Lisa, was
absolutely fantastic. Totally professional, knowledgeable, approachable and very personable.
Time wasn't an issue and Lisa allowed us to see a selection of park homes and return to view a couple we were interested in.
We didn't feel pressurised to commit to a purchase and left to consider our options.

After long journey
After long journey, we are eventually here at Rochester Court Bere Regis. What an amazing place we have moved to views of the countryside no noise or light pollution and very happy with our new majestic Park Home bit of a shock downsizing from a 3 bedroom house but it well worth it. The team on site have been excellent Aiden Carter has been on the ball any problems no matter how small sorted . That’s what I call first class customer service.
So a big Thanks to Aiden for all his help to date

Easier than we could have hoped for.
We've just collected the keys for our forever home, and couldn't be happier. The park is lovely, really tidy and looks well cared for. Our home is beautiful and the furniture that came with it is all lovely and good quality. Tracey was amazing and made the whole process far easier tian we expected. She was friendly, have is all the info we needed and went above and beyond to make this happen. Definitely the best decision we've made this year.

Firstly thank you to Tracey from widemouth bay. First class service, calm and helpful .
After many days of research and working out the pros and cons, and at one point pulling out of selling a home and buying a park home property.
We finally went through with it to completion. I would say it works as final move as there are rules on 10% selling and the property value will depreciate over time, unlike bricks and mortar.
However the style and luxury out ways the negatives for our circumstance. Selling our property with Regency and spring was easier than private selling in a chain with no solicitor or estate agent fees after final offer.
Moving is also a positive being allowed 14days to clean and vacate our old house after completion.
Conclusion make sure this works for you and your budget. Research Research

We visited the Coventry show and were introduced to Lisa. Lisa spent ages chatting to us about the parks that were in the area we were looking for, she also explained about the systems available to us to help with selling our house and buying a park home. We are now settling in to our brand new Omar Anniversary and looking forward to starting our new way of life. I have lived on Tall Trees Park for…
I have lived on Tall Trees Park for sixteen years, we have been through some awful times under the last two owners who let the Park go to rack and ruin but thank goodness we have been taking over by Regency Living, they have spent thousands of pounds bring the Park up to a high standard. I personally had very bad subsidence and the whole of the back of my property had collapsed, not only have Regency repaired the problem to a very high standard but have also built my garden back to a very safe and smart area, the builders were polite and so very hard working. I would like to thank Andy and Martin for seeing the project through, last of all a huge thank you to our Park supervisor Szimi, she is approachable, helpful and professional, along with our committee she has managed to turn our Park around from a sad place to a happy place to live. I would certainly recommend retirement Park living to anyone, as long as they are very careful and choose a reputable company like Regency Living.
